Terrible!! They didn’t clean the room in the whole week!! Terrible hotel and staff

Nice staff, croatian (and hungarian), loved them! Somewhat open to motorcyclists (depended on the personell). We did get to park the motorcycle in their garage. "Nur für motorräder" is where you park it.

Pool was cold. We tried to change our reservation - was met with a barage of "No can do" and "Have no idea". Ended up leaving paying for a night we didn't use. But the real dealbreaker was the SPA - It didn't deliver even close to our expectations. The TV (though advertised as having both german and english channels, had but one channel in english (CNN)..... Not what we where hoping for. And no solution for i.e. Chromecast.

Super hotel ! Don’t doubt it. I am suuuper picky and I think this is the first time I give a hotel a total 10. Great rooms, modern, great location, perfectly spotlessly clean and what I loved most: right from your entrance, they really take care of all details. They gave us extra vouchers with which you can e.g. go up the mountain with a cablecar, play minigolf, etc for free. Also: free drinks at Leo‘s bar, a free bottle of water in the room, slippers, bathrobes, etc all included. We could also luckily do a late check out on the next day and ordered breakfast in the room for only 5 eurs extra in total (not per person) which I highly recommend ! Breakfast is superb and super generous. We also asked for a detail of neck supporting pillows and, when arrived, they were already in the room. They really take care of you. All in all: hotel costs a bit extra than others but, if you really do the math, you get even more than when booking cheaper hotels. This is exactly what high tear hotel should be like ! Not like those hotel that cost a lot and, during your stay, they keep adding more absurd costs like bathrobes rentals, etc and you end up in a rip off... This is definitely value for your money. We will definitely come again to this hotel. Couldn’t recommend it more !

Unfortunately there was an issue with the pool so we couldn’t use it. We could see that they were working to fix it asap though. A pity ! But still, such a great experience that even though we were looking forward to swimming and couldn’t, I wouldn’t level down the review score for this. If swimming is a must for you, you can check with them just in case that the pool is now working.
