Clean environment

There wasn't any lift.

Location is perfect, very close to public transport and restaurants.

Bathroom was not clean. Toilet seat is old, it turned color to yellow because of usage. There were only one shower gel in a small and hand soap in the bathroom , insufficiently amount . I do not expect special hair or body conditioner. the pillow was again very old, turned color to yellow.I assume that it is an hotel, but it is like a hostel and I saw junky people in the garden.

Excellent service and attention to foreigners, very clean bedroom and very good location, the price ratio was very good, totally recommended

Cleaning could be a little better. Pubic hair in the shower on first day. Description could be better to explaining that the rooms are shared with permanent residents

Cozy & comfortable

Bad smell from the exhaust fan in bathroom The walls are very thin, you could even hear your neighbour taking shower. There was a guy next to my room smoking weed inside the hotel and was wandering all the time in the passage. I informed the hotel staff immediately to warn him. But the guy never stopped from wandering making noise the whole night. I couldn't sleep

very well maintained and the staff was really good and the room was nice and clean and it’s close to the station of Charlottenburg which connects easily to the city center and Airport.

The location was very good in the heart of Charlottenburg

The bathroom and showers were very distant from the rooms. For about 10 minutes in the middle of a shower hot water disappears.
