The restaurant's food was quite good. The town was quaint. That's about it.

The room smelled like fried food. You'd listen to people, often drunk, till around 2 in the morning. The rooms were hot and uncomfortable; I usually slept with the windows open anyway, but the rooms just held hot air, and then, again, drunk people with your windows open.

I really liked the bar area and one of the staffs was super nice. it was a very simple but clean room. the towels were very clean.

the pillows were not comfortable at all, the mini bar was locked and we couldn’t open the fridge and there were no locks on the safe! the cleaning lady left the whole dirty cloths on the floor in the corridor area so for the both two mornings of my stay, I was obliged to take the stairs as the elevator was filled with dirty drapes on its floor. the room had no air conditioning or any ventilation system and it was quite humid and hot in the room. lack of refreshing system in the bathroom caused to have the toilets smell in the room every night.

I really enjoyed my stay at Galion Hotel & restaurant. Hotel with modern ambience & positive spirit - high quality service indeed. I spent lovely time there. The staffs (the manager Nil, the receptionist Lucille and the house keepers Nezhad, Branka, were kind, super nice and helpful - we felt right at home. I highly recommend getting breakfast at the hotel, you will receive a broad variety of delicious food in very pleasant environment. And also enjoyed beautiful dinner at restauran. Clean and lovely room with a nice view.

Room was clean and comfortable, bathroom big enough and with all needed items. I can recommend for that price.

I have got small room (standard size) although I have selected bigger one and payed for the bigger one. I also selected silence room, but bar with football screen was right in front of my window. Also water bottle left in my room was opened and used.

Everything exceeded our expectations

Adequate service, slight misunderstanding about room (booked with bath but first got room w/o) was solved quickly. It is a nice, lively. town centre with many stores for food, so the restaurant closure during weekend is no problem. Traveled during covid.

The location, facilities, amenities, view, food and all individuals there were truly wonderful, happy and a home.
