Dinner. The buffet dinner was beyond terrible. Few dishes. The hot dishes were not fully heated. Seemed to be leftovers reheat from breakfast and lunch.

El hotel es muy moderno. Como apartado en un pequeño jardín, pero junto a una parada de metro. Muy amables. El restaurante es aceptable. Muy buen desayuno, tanto occidental como oriental. Ideal para visitar Pekín. Como detalle curioso el servicio de habitaciones tiene un robot para llevar las cosas.

Практически все превзошло ожидания, персонал: предложили более комфортабельный номер за очень маленькую доплату, в итоге жили в прекраснейшем двухместном номере за очень скромную доплату. Чистота: уборка была отличной и очень быстрой, также само расположение гостиницы очень удачное - до ближайшего входа в метро можно дойти минуты за две. В самой гостинице есть целая комната со стиральными и сушильными машинками, завтрак очень вкусный, разнообразный. Сама гостиница при этом е уставшая, все новое и очень красивый ремонт.
Один из гостей использовал робота для заказа себе в номер каких-то вещей, перепутал цифры своей комнаты и вместо него робот звонил мне, видимо, говорил на китайском, что я могу что-то забрать с рецепшена. Пришлось несколько раз позвонить на ресепшен, прежде чем разобрались, в чем дело.

Отель расположен замечательно! В глубине квартала. Нет шума улиц. Близко до Запретного города, Центрального вокзала, знаменитых прогулочно/ торговых улиц. Чисто в номере и отеле. Наполняемость номера гигиен/ средствами, полотенцами, оборудованием для чая и кофе выше всех похвал. Очень хороший отель.
Понравилось всё. Замечаний нет.

Hotel is centrally located and close to a subway station.
This means you can quickly get from the airport directly to the hotel with just one change of trains
The entire staff was very courteous. Thanks again to Nick the concierge, he personally made sure that our backpack, which had been lost at the airport, was found and brought to the hotel. THANK YOU

Super clean and near the subway. This hotel (though not very new), it feels like home. The hotel staff makes extra effort to ensure we had a good stay. The bed was comfortable, and I love the super clean toilet. Kudos to staff Kelvin Li, he had upgraded our room knowing it was my birthday.

The hotel is very modern and nicely decorated. The room was very spacious and very clean. Hotel’s location couldn’t be more central and close to nice restaurants. We tried the breakfast on our last day, big variety and quite good quality.

早餐豐富好吃,服務人員熱情,但早餐的座位在人多的時候要併桌或是找不到位子是缺點.尤其不熟悉普通話的外國人更是難找位子.地點好,出灯市口站就到飯店,離王府井走路大約十分鐘,附近就有稻香村營業部,四季民服烤鴨也是走路約十分鐘能到.

The location is strategic as the hotel is situated within 'walking distance' to the major areas of attraction, particularly around the Wangfujing area. Room is comfortable, cozy, and has all the needed facilities, including a coffee machine! Breakfast has wide selection and varieties from local to western cuisines.

The restaurant buffet, and on order was horrible to be honest...we saw a lot of people leaving food in plate.. there is really a huge improvement to be done on this, not acceptable for this standing. It was the summer bar, as the restaurant on floor F1 was closed.
The location on Google maps really should be removed as it is inaccurate.

Very close to the metro (1mn) and walking distance to Wangfujing (5/10mn). Convenient store in front of the hotel, good breakfast. Fair value/price given the location. Front desk staff speaks good English (which is far from being a standard in China, even at international brands properties). They provide lots of water bottles throughout the stay.
don't expect anyone to come help with your luggages, they don't have bell boys and no one is here to help.
The price is fair, but the hotel and rooms are aging. Rooms are clean, air con works well, this is ok for a tourism short stay but I'd personally not chose this hotel for a business or longer stay.

Fantastic hotel for the price. Amenities were great, breakfast was really good and varied, staff was very helpful. Location is good if you want to be close to Wangfujing. Subway station is like 2 minutes walking from the hotel. Overall it was really good!
Airco was too weak during the heatwave in Beijing.
Communication with staff was sometimes difficult due to language barrier, but some employees spoke perfect English and overall it was ok!

To take care our young kids, we asked for two connecting rooms months ago but no such arrangement processed. Worse still, no adjacent rooms were arranged as well. It seemed rooms were arranged arbitrarily and at hotel convenience only. The man was reluctant to try find any two adjacent rooms at first. We spent a lot of time at front desk and eventually got two “adjacent” rooms. Anyway, it was not a happy checkin experience and disappointed to this Radisson hotel.

I was only there for 24 hours, the staff at the front desk helped arrange a driver to take us to the Great Wall, then drop us back at the airport. The driver they arranged was very good, and cheaper than what i had seen on Tripadvisor.

Park Plaza hotel is great value for money. It is clean and comfortable with large rooms. Park Plaza is located in the very center of Beijind having luxury stores and various restaurants around. Subway is close.

The location was the best. Close to subway line, multitude of good to great restaurants and in the heart of everything a westerner could want. The City of Beijing, is in my opinion the hidden gem of world travel. The entire city and surrounding area is completely safe for travel.
