Not a place for solo travel. It is way too crowded. i like privacy. Hotel rate is too high .

It is a very beautiful location, right on a beautiful beach with the expected white sand and blue water. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

The hotel is old and tired and in dire need of a big renovation. The cleaning of the room was in order and hygiene was good, however the space next to our room (on ground floor) was used a place to dump unwanted stuff. I asked the front desk to clear it but unfortunately this was not taken car of. In the end I had to clear it myself.

Squeaky, noisy bed!!!

I loved the staff we loved the room very spacious and we loved having beach front. this was an exceptional vacation!!

The bed was uncomfortable but they were able to change out the mattress

The staff were great, the rooms were updated and nicely furnished. Swim up bar was awesome! Loved all the iguanas.

I booked and paid a higher price for a room with an ocean view for my anniversary. They gave us a bottom floor blocked by the sales office and pool. Absolutely NO VIEW! I told the front desk that I paid for an ocean view and she said "All the rooms are considered ocean view because the resort is oceanfront." NOT THE SAME!! Wouldn't come back here simply because I feel deceived. Oh, the rooms smelled musty! You'd think at 60% capacity you give everyone the best rooms.

Continuously requested new towels that never came.

The property was clean and the view was breathtaking and price reasonable.

Everything was great

Stove top had problems. Shut power off to stop electric ticking but that also shut refrigerator power off. Called early in morning Saturday and no one ever came by. So spoiled our food.

The service of the team of divi phoenix is awesome

It wasnt clear what ocean view consist of. Cause the groundfloor has more an poolview than oceanview

The rooms are big

The pool is dirty

Excellent beach. This part of Palm beach is calm, you won't be bothered by boats and water sports rentals.
