The view wasn’t the greatest.

The staff were efficient in all they did and responded to all my queries in a positive way e.g. no duvet. Special thanks to the Staff Member who printed off my return Boarding Pass (I have been refused point blank in some lesser Hotels). The little touches make all the difference, e.g. bottles of water & chocolates in the room (replenished each day). Breakfast from 0630 each morning is great and there was a good selection, with some hot food (scrambled eggs on request). Really good breakfast rolls! Around 10 minutes to Chur Station through the main shopping area. Quiet location. If you stay in room 314, beware of the two doors! This is truly a case of you get what you pay for.

I had a SMALL economy room, and yes it was small. However I did know that beforehand. The main lighting in the room was a bit subdued (needs a brighter bulb). Absolutely no other problems!!

Good hotel. Friendly staff, clean room. Central located in Chur, 10 minute walk from the railway station and situated at the start of the old city (Altstadt). Wifi was good, beds were perfect.

We had an attic room on the top floor and it was so quaint. We loved hearing the church bells toll. The staff were so friendly and helpful and the breakfast was yum! Thank you and we hope to stay again in the future.

The hotel staff was so lovely. The room was a bit warm but the fan they supplied solved that! The restaurant was just wonderful and a must! We hope to return someday!

the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. the building is full of character and original features. beds were comfortable

although it seemed the rooms had been refurbished the bathrooms were very old and dated. we were in a room that was overlooking the courtyard and the same level as a dining area both were very noisy until very late and smoke travelled into our room. it was extremely expensive for the level of service and amenities provided.
