Staff disponibile, posizione ottima, camera ampia. Direttamente sulla fermata metro di Astoria, sicuramente perfetto per raggiungere l'intera città comodamente con i mezzi e vicino a ristoranti e servizi essenziali di ogni tipo.

L'incrocio sottostante è abbastanza rumoroso per il passaggio di mezzi di soccorso che impegnano l'intersezione con le sirene accese. Ma lo ritengo normale in una grande città.

The location was exceptional, everything is within walking distance. The room we were moved to was modern and comfortable.

We firstly stayed in the old part (2nd floor).There were ants in our bathroom. We asked twice for then to be taken care of which they weren't so we asked to move room which was obliged. The noise proved it very difficult to sleep as our room was facing the very busy road. When we moved to the new room, the drain was blocked so the bathroom was flooded with water. We weren't aware of the shutters on the window which should be said upon arrival as there were no curtains on the windows only net curtains.

Hotelli oli hyvällä paikalla 100E -lentokenttäbussin pysäkin läheisyydessä. Huone oli tilava ja korkea. Jääkaappi huoneessa on aina plussaa. Aamiainen oli todella runsas ja munat/munakkaat paistettiin asiakkaan toiveiden mukaisesti.

Liikenteen melu kuului vaimeana huoneeseen. Hotellin ympäristö oli iltaisin rauhaton. Huone oli hieman jo kulunut.

The location is brilliant. The underground is right outside and you are within walking distance to a lot of places.

The room wasn’t very clean. When I arrived there was no body wash in my bathroom and the shampoo was running very low. I had to ask for the body wash to be topped up twice before someone came to do this for me. There was a leftover cap of a razor left in the bathroom when I arrived and there was a lot of dirt and dust around the shower. The carpet in my room had dirt from the last guest that was not hoovered up throughout my stay. The vending machine in the lobby also doesn’t work.

El aire acondiciando en el junior suite no funciona bien. Tarda muchas horas para enfriar la habitacion.Sistema muy antiguo que deberian cambiar cuanto antes. Restaurante bien pero con menu limitado. Servicio bien pero deberian promocionar el restaurante mas con "cocktail bar" y alguno camarero/a mas joven. No hay ambiente en el restaurante por la tarde/noche. Pocos clientes..un espacio que el hotel no se esta aprovechando.

Room was large and comfortable along with being clean. Breakfast was very continental but with sufficient choices to satisfy individuals, like everywhere, get there early and dont necessarily expect a full english. Location wise we were quite happy with where it was, close to an underground and a good walk into the tourist spots.

We tried to get a taxi and were told 10 minutes, after 10 minutes we were told it was cancelled and the new one would be 10 minutes and we lost money on a trip as we missed it, we will not rely on Uber either. We cancelled the taxi as Uber said it would be there in 6 minutes, then they cancelled and it was another 11-14 minutes before another would get to us. Not a good part of our break. That said, the two taxis we took the next day were excellent but the trust has gone.
