The only good things about the hotel are the fast check-in experience and the breakfast staff. The breakfast was almost the same every day but with a wide selection and the staff was very efficient and pleasant.

The stay at the hotel was very disappointing. First of all, we discovered that the mini bar in the rooms has been disconnected for about 4 years, even though it appears as part of the room facilities in the room description. I would like to point out that for me this was an important part of deciding which hotel to choose to stay in. If I had known that there was no active mini bar, I would not have chosen this hotel. I arrived with 2 children and I really needed a mini bar. The staff at the hotel refused to turn on the refrigerator, claiming that since the outbreak of the Corona epidemic, the refrigerators had been disconnected and would not be connected. No solution was given to me and it is a matter of misleading the consumer which caused us heartache and wasted time during the vacation we were so looking forward to. We stayed in a suite with a view to the parliament. The 2 rooms had cobwebs with spiders behind the curtain and we had to ask twice for them to come clean. The lighting in the closet and bathroom was very dim and you could barely see anything. We had to ask them to come and change the lamps. And to end the bitter, before leaving I went to the reception at 7 pm and announced that we were expected to leave early in the morning and I asked that they prepare breakfast for us to take away (breakfast we paid for in advance). The guy at the reception said there was no problem, he asked me what the room number was and I thought everything was fine. I even recommended to our friends who were staying with us at the hotel to contact the reception and ask them to prepare breakfast for them as well, and so they did. Amazingly, early in the morning during check-out it turned out to me that our friends had prepared breakfast and we had not. The receptionist didn't even offer us a bun and a box of juice for the kids. The service was disappointing, the information about the hotel is misleading

Great location with an amazing view of the parliament building. Juliet balcony to get the best photos. Room was large and comfortable.

Breakfast is expensive.

Nice view and room quiet even though facing road. Good location for Castle. Breakfast service starts early which was great for flight home day.

Door doesn't shut properly or securely. Shower is broken and faces wall. You must hold it to shower. Used items in tea and coffee. Milk one day but not the next. Air Conditioning broken cannot adjust. No spare blanket. Had to use 2 Donna's as so cold. Two beds not 1 as booked. Restaurant and breakfast atrium nice as are views but I would not stay here again.

The view. We asked in email and also when we arrived that we need a nice view, because this was the reason why we chose them. But was a room at the 3th floor without balcony in the end of the hotel, so we didn’t had the nice view to the parliament.

The hotel is right on the Danube bank with direct view to the parliament. Unfortunately, we did not receive a room with a view. The room is very spacious, nicely decorated with design touch. Breakfast ok.

We were drawn back by the fact that the hotel does not indicate upon reservation that parking on the property costs 20 Eur/night, with almost no other option to park. Also, we chose the hotel considering its proximity to the Chain Bridge, so that crossing to Pest would be easy, but the bridge is currently closed for pedestrians, which is quite a set back. The toilet in the bathroom was leaking quite heavily.

Breakfast was very fresh and plentiful. Staff at the desk were helpful and pleasant.

There was nothing in the fridge, i.e. water.

Location is good

The location is great - easy access to both Buda and Pest. The restaurant on site was also very good.

Bathroom sink reminded me of those steel sinks they have in airplanes - not exactly a right fit for a 4-star hotel.
