Location great, bed perfect, nice style, nice staff.
While showering the whole bathroom got flooded as no shower curtain or equivalent. Had to mop it.

Room was well appointed with black-out curtains - very quiet. Shower etc great and staff helped on arrival with my request for a high room. Lots of choice for breakfast.
Hotel was a little further than I had hoped for the city centre but it is walkable and also using the Bolt taxi app you can get very cheap taxis that mean you just pay automatically via the app. It was great for using for the whole trip.

Very nice hotel and very clean. Was right next to a nice park and just below the Fisherman's Bastion. Was in a great location, away from the busyness of the city. Had good car parking too.

I like the size of the room, it's spacious. The bed is comfortable. The breakfast is also good.
The internet / Wifi connection is real bad. Needs upgrade.

reasonable facilities and decent breakfast in a convenient location reasonably priced
lifts were slow and one of them out of order, room service menu was out of date. Avoid the €15 parking night charge as you can safely leave your car on (paying) street parking

Request to be on a lower floor was not accommodated. Not enough hangers in the wardrobe.
