La habitación con sus vistas al lago. Las camas y almohadas muy buenas. La piscina y el jacuzzi del hotel son de los mejores que he usado nunca. Les pondría un 12 si fuera posible. Desayuno espectacular en cuanta variedad, calidad y forma de presentarlo.

En general las instalaciones son cómodas y limpias. Habitación y baño amplios y limpios. Buen desayuno. Camas cómodas. Preciosas vistas. Personal amable.

Camas buenas, vistas de la habitación, las bandurrias y otras aves en el jardín. Piscina con buena temperatura. Desayuno buenísimo.

Estacionamiento un poco estrecho.

.....resolvam o problema da banheira. Sempre que se liga o chuveiro e se começa a tomar banho, por mais que a cortina esteja bem fechada e a parte de plástico dela esteja dentro da banheira, os respingos da água que bate no corpo caem nas bordas da banheira e vão para o chão, inundando o banheiro. Para amenizar o problema, coloquei toalhas nas extremidades da banheira, as quais ficavam encharcadas após o banho. Tive que fazer esse procedimento todos os dias. Hospedei-me no quarto 102 do prédio mais perto do lago.

Hotel ótimo para família ! Piscina aquecida, academia, bom restaurante para quem chega cansado os passeios e não quer sair , funcionários prestativos

The location of the hotel is exceptional with a fantastic view of the Lake due to the fact that is located on a hill, so you can enjoy the panoramic views from many of the rooms and from most of the public areas, like the indoors-pool, the bar, reception, breakfast area. The staff is absolutely helpful, friendly, professional and hardworking. Breakfast is very nice, lots of delicious products, catering to international guest plus local very nice items

The view of the rooms that don't face the lake, have a strange view of a kind of wall?? probably it's going to be a vertical garden or similar but at the moment it's just some odd. Although that makes them very very quiet, so it gives a very good night rest

Very Good breakfast and a nice staff all the time. The room had such a wonderful view that we didn't want to leave the room.

The internet wasn't enough for us to work at the room ans the room service was not very efficient.

we actually stayed at the Huinid Pioneros, same place, rooms are HUGE, great view to the lake, incredible breakfast, very, very good, superb dinner restaurant , good service and great location, out of the city but close enough to be considered part of the pick up locations for all tours. definitively recomment

beware in hot weather, there is no aircondition...besides, the road to get into the hotel is a very steep gravel road, entering and leaving by foot is not recommended and, every car entering makes dust clouds...

You should book a room with lake view, it's amazing! The hotel is very nice the moment you cross the gate entrance if you're looking for a calm environment. I visited for 3 nights with my wife and had a wonderful time. Restaurant and bar offers a nice menu and quality is good. I also spent some time in the spa which is nice but not great.

Great room with a view which overlooked the lake. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful.

It is outside of Bariloche, so you either need to have a car or get transport into town.

The food in the restaurant is world class - excellent and the best I have ever been served (I am extremely well travelled). The staff are also great. A very comfortable and clean hotel worthy of four stars.

Sauna didn’t work, and it was noise from the neighbors

Quiet location close to town; nice trees and garden around hotel. Breakfast was very good. Restaurant and bar were great too.

Exercise equipment needs maintenance and updating. Coffee was not good most mornings; needs improvement.
