the cleanliness... the dirty old carpet

The location and the room service provided was great. One of the receptionists was more helpful than the other!
The DAIKIN air-conditioner (Split/Multi-Split Type Air Conditioners) has to repaired. I have a DAIKIN (SIESTA) air-conditioner at home (my sons' bedroom) and it is wonderful. It desperately overhaul.

The staff was so friendly and helpful. I love the location of the hotel. It's right in the center of everything.
Corredor The hotel carpet is so filthy and also no one is cleaning the Corredor
They have two elevators in their hotel when one of them is out of order for two weeks, and on the day that we checked out, the other elevator was out of order, so we had to carry our luggage by stairs from the second floor.

Location,nice view.The manager of the hotel Miss Nora and the receptioniste Arianne were wonderful and very helpful,a lot of places for parking.
All the workers of the hotel except Miss Nora e Miss Arianne they were very rude,i stayed one week they didnt clean the room,when i asked for something that i need for the room lthey never bring it,one night the key room didnt work and the person who hold the phone of emergency didnt answer we stayed for 2 hours waiting until i reached the manager Miss Nora who camed immediately help us,even i called booking.com asking for help the person on the phone didnt do anything to help.before arriving in the hotel i sent an e mail asking for our rooms to be on the same floor near each other the person who answered my email was so rude that she answered me saying dont write so long mail the information you need is written on booking.com and she didnt answer of any of my questions.

The location is good and the staff some how cooperative but the room service is horrible. I stayed there almost one week then never clean my room just one time they changed the towels after my request. the carpet very dirty and bad smell coming around.

Great place to stay over night on our 2 day trip accross Europe. The apartment had everything we needed.
All was fine, one thing that could improve are the carpets in the hallway of the hotel - they are very worn out. But it did not bother us at all, because the apartment was very nice.

Did not have an opportunity to have breakfast. Should have dining area open in the evenings to sit at bar and enjoy some music and wine, or drink of choice.
Cleaning of room or providing clean towels daily. Also there was no English speaking channel offered on TV

Excellent hotel! This is the third time we have stayed at the hotel. The room is large, clean and tidy, with a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, a living room with a sofa and a TV, and a bedroom in a separate room with a comfortable double bed. The room faces the river and the lovely Jura mountains. The hotel staff is attentive and nice and ready to help in everything. There is no doubt that we will come back here again and again.

Apartment was a bit worn down and cleaning could be better. In particular cleaning in the corridor on third floor wasn’t great. Carpet was very dirty

It was 18-19C in the room. When I asked the receptionist, she told me that it is not the heating season in France and you can't heat. When I asked for a blanket, she said they were locked and we could get them tomorrow if we stayed there.

Clean, well equipped, big studio and good location near bus stop to Coppet and Nyon.
Just behind the church and you have a street of restaurants, bakeries and shops.
