I liked our room, the location of the hotel, breakfast I thought the variety was limited but the staff were extremely lovely

the bar was lifeless. no atmosphere. only male staff. sometimes not staffed at all and had to get drinks from 6th floor. poor food choice at breakfast.No TV connection for 18 hours, very old fashioned. No female staff in dining room, bar or any areas of responsibility apart from reception but still not on charge.

Excellent customer service. Spotless hotel, excellent breakfast. Booked as stated it was a city centre hotel but was a 10 minute walk to the centre from the hotel. Also spa facilities were not available, even though Bookings.com states there is a spa!

Breakfast was ok not the best but had a selection of everything

No complimentary water in the room. Luggage just left in communal area when we couldn’t check in. Didn’t put it anywhere safe. Didn’t make it special for our engagement celebration. No shuttle service to port.

My family absolutely loved our stay. The Hotel is beatifully decorated with fantastic views. The rooftop pool and sunbathing area was amazing and we loved having an evening drink there before dinner. Our bedrooms were spotlessly clean, and staff very polite and friendly. We could not really find fault with this hotel, it was a fantastic find.

everything! it was bright and beautiful! the decor made me happy! The garden was full of lemon trees. The staff was so friendly, the breakfast was fabulous and the bar and staff were great!

Amazing views and location

This is a beautiful hotel in veery close to the centre of Sorrento. The view from the room over the bay of Naples was wonderful and could only be better in rooms above the first floor, where we were. The staff are all friendly and helpful and will try to accommodate any requests. The hotel also has two pools, a full-size swimming pool, on the ground floor and a smaller pool on the rooftop bar.

The Wifi can be a little glitchy with a tendency to drop the connection and the drinks at the bar are a little pricey especially given the reasonable price of the food, which is excellent. The only other thing to note is that if you tend to get bitten the ground floor pool is in a very shady location so be prepared to get bitten if you don't have good bug repellent.

Great location, breakfast was good, rooftop pool was beautiful. Definitely would come back and recommend.
