We loved our Sorrento stay and our hotel was just fantastic! The views out to the coastline were absolutely stunning and while it is located out of the township itself, the free shuttle bus service made it easy to travel up and down the hill to town anytime we needed. The hotel staff were lovely and helpful, and assisted us with our tour and taxi bookings. The restaurant is conveniently located a floor above our room and the food was just so amazing that we chose to eat there most nights! Our room was comfortable, clean and well appointed with a sizeable balcony overlooking the spectacular view. We can’t recommend “Hotel Villa Fiorita” highly enough and we hope to return again!

Reception - the night manager was kind and thoughtful. Small bar with good value drinks. Nice terrace. Lovely views (from certain rooms and breakfast room). Free hourly shuttle on a large coach to Sorrento town. Good value.

Loved the view and the bed was comfortable and the room was very clean. Great shuttle service with friendly drivers between 7:45 am until 11:00pm. Staff were friendly and welcoming.

it was out of the town and not easy to get a taxi without 24-48 hours notice - it would be great if the shuttle stopped at the train station and started it’s morning run earlier so you could connect to early bus and train schedules. Breakfast at the hotel was very good but would be nice if it started earlier

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel as everyone was very friendly and accommodating. Rooms were clean and well facilitated. Their free shuttle bus was a big bonus. The location gives the best view on Sorrento.

The room was very small, but it was manageable for a few days.

This is a really lovely hotel - we stayed in a triple, which had a separate area for my daughter's bed (which she was pleased about) and a gorgeous view in two directions of the Amalfi Coast. The room and bathroom were both beautifully clean and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast had an amazing selection and dinner on the terrace was great both nights we ate there - again with an amazing view. The hotel staff were all really delightful and so helpful. Lovely sun decks (two). The shuttle bus which runs between Sorrento and the hotel worked well. All in all, a really fantastic stay.

The view was mind blowing, we had incredible sunrises with the bay and Vesuvius. The breakfast bar was amazing, a huge spread and quite good, more American than anything though.

It was very far from town. They had free shuttle from town and that was great but limiting. Restaurant food was just ok for Italy and service at dinner was....weird. Not sure how to describe it. Service was professional but somewhat stoic, that was also unexpected.

To start with the location, it is a bit far away from Sorento, however, there is a beautiful view towards the coast,so it's worth it. The hotel offers a shuttle bus, so that it is easy to get to the center of Sorento and come back again to the hotel. The staff is so friendly and hospitable. When it comes to the food in the restaurant, omg .. so yummy... the dinner was so delicious. Last but not least, the room was very clean and comfortable. We will recommend Hotel Villa Fiorita to our family and friends. 😊

Everything was great besides the fact that there were a few ants in our room/bed, probably because of the upcoming summer period, however, maybe some actions can be taken to prevent the occurance of ants.

I was traveling with a friend and we asked for 2 single beds, they did and also gave us a bedroom with sea views. The breakfast is very good and has a lot of options. The staff is very nice and friendly. The bus that takes you up and down is very convenient.

Sometimes you could hear the conversations of the other rooms, but it was not a big deal.
