Room was fine, breakfast okay; view from the room, facing the sea, was nice but not exceptional. But the staff, especially the young people in the dining room, were wonderful. I don't remember any other hotel with more friendly staff!

The door to the bathroom showed sings of having had better times (probably got wet and cracked), and the shower door did not seal properly thus leaking into the floor (not terrible, but a little annoying).

The Floridianna Hotel is very well located on the southern side of the Isle of Capri, about ten minutes stroll to the town square. The area around the hotel is full of classy shops, good restaurants, cafés and bars. We had a large comfortable room with plenty of chairs to relax in and enjoy the view. There was also a balcony with table and chairs and two sun loungers. The balcony over looked the pool. The breakfast was excellent with freshly cooked food and a good buffet. It was an easy and pleasant walk to some of the places of natural beauty. A Funicular railway allowed people to reach the main harbour. The most outstanding thing about this hotel was the enthusiastic staff who were keen to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. There were one or two little maintenance issues we reported and these were fixed while we were having breakfast, really impressive.

We were in the hotel in April 2003, just before the main holiday season. All of the surrounding hotels, restaurants and shops were being refurbished with maintenance work was going on everywhere. So the hotel were also getting their place ready for the main tourist season. Consequently the pool was out of action and there was painting going on outside. Once this work has all been completed, this will be an excellent hotel to stay in. Thoroughly recommended.

A quiet location away from the busy touristed streets of Capri. This is a gracious hotel that evokes another era. Spacious rooms with beautiful views, and well-appointed bathrooms complement the kind and competent service offered by the hotel.

While it was nice to be a bit removed, it was also a bit of a hike, especially with luggage. Best to use a porter for the luggage from the ferry landing to avoid that as the taxis will only get you so far.

Fantastic service! You can choose welcome drink and bruschetta on arrival and sit in terrace with fantastic view. Perfect breakfast, space room and comfortable bed. Very clean, quiet and white hotel. Unbelievable helpful staff. Definitely recommend!

The staff were super attentive and helpful and the view, poll and breakfast balcony were fabulous. We booked last minute and it completely exceeded expectations. Grazie mille!

Sometimes the water was a little on the cooler side in the morning when everyone was using it, but as it was summery weather, that did not matter so much.

The hotel staff were all amazing. They all welcomed us upon our arrival. They helped in booking the best restaurants and beach clubs in Capri and were always going out of their way to help us. The location of the hotel is amazing the rooms are very clean and spacious. The pool is amazing and the breakfast was one of the best in Italy

Everything was great they could add a vibe in the pool and lobby with music and some shows to be different and perfect
