Café da manhã é o atendimento dos funcionários!
O conforto dos travesseiros, aparentemente eram velhos e duros, o cobre leito tinha um mal cheiro!!!

- colazione appena discreta, il salato si limitava a qualche fetta di prosciutto e salame e fetta di formaggio industriale, scelta dei dolci appena sufficiente;
- posizione buona a ca. 1 km. a piedi dal centro;
- bagno pessimo: piccolo, pavimento in cemento verniciato con macchie di umidità, idem le vecchie piastrelle, doccia lillipuziana, sanitari vecchi e rubinetteria non tutta ben funzionante, pochi kit bagno schiuma e shampoo e difficili da aprire, poca illuminazione.
- letto scomodissimo. materasso troppo morbido e con gobbe, lenzuola strappate in vari punti

Colazione più che soddisfacente in un ambiente pulito e tranquillo.
Posizione tranquilla ma a pochi minuti a piedi dal centro. Parcheggio gratuito e se non si trova dentro si può mettere nella via dell'ingresso.

Il bagno era pulito. La biancheria era pulita. La posizione è buona a pochi passi dal centro di Forlì e vicino a scuole e università. Il parcheggio è davanti la struttura ed è gratuito.
Colazione scarsa e spazio ridotto. La camera veramente troppo piccola, e troppo poco illuminata. La scrivania, molto piccola, non aveva una luce vicino e rimaneva buia, rendendo difficile lavorarci (dovevo usare la torcia del telefono). L'armadio non si apriva del tutto e c'erano spazi con la polvere come sul telefono per chiamare la reception. La doccia era rovinata e in un punto era rotta. Prezzo assolutamente inadeguato. Per quanto ho pagato mi sarei certamente aspettato di meglio. Non da 4 stelle.

Easy find , good location, just near by of the city center , 10-15 min walk. There are enough parking places in the hotel garden. Staff was really nice , especially the Gentleman in the afternoon . Easy check in and check out .
Breakfast average and very poor. I got the worst room in my entire life when I stayed in a hotel / motel or guesthaus with a view for a dirty wall and emergency stairs. I asked for a change which was not possible - although the staff member was very helpful. I can not imagine what could happen if someone just knocking on my window during the nights. Terrifying. Very noise room from corridor side. Bathroom was extremely cold, no heating. Empty minibar and no blanket for the first night. I had to use my bedcover. I can't believe that this hotel is a 4 stars place.

they never can keep your ID at the reception until you leave...I almost left without it.

Nice hotel and excellent service, walking distance to city center, own carpark.
Our room had a connection to the next room. The door between these 2 rooms was the weak point in sound attenuation point of view. We heard everything what the neighbor was doing or speaking. One night the neighbor started to watch TV 02:00, it was impossible to sleep. Luckily he stopped watching at 03:00 and we continued sleeping.

The staff was very friendly. There was always someone at the reception. The room was cleaned every day and with quality. Everywhere in the hotel was clean. The location is very convenient, close to both the center and the station. At the same time, the hotel is in a quiet place. There was a small refrigerator in the room. I recommend it.
It would be nice if there was hair conditioner in the bathroom in addition to shampoo.

I liked the private parking, internet was fast enough and my room was nice and clean.
I also liked the staff’s willingness to help out and the fact that I didn’t have any trouble with shortening my stay.
The bed could use a new matress.
