The second night they were out of pillows so we couldn’t get our pillows back that the cleaning lady took from our room. The road to the hotel requires a jeep or suv The breakfast is not really nice The staff doesn’t speak english that well so it was not really nice to try to get something sorted out

Location. You can see that the hotel was well planned and made. It has just got lost somehow in the management. Could be a great place!

Dinner not good. Difficult to not eat good in Italy so very disappointing. Aperitivo expensive, 15€ for a gin tonic served without any snacks, not even peanuts, which is very rare for Italy.

The outside of the hotel and the garden an the vieuws are amazing! This hotel would have great potential if they would maintain the internal a bit better.

We paid 300 euro for a room that's closer to a 2 star hotel then a 4 star. Damaged interior, holes in furnature, a/c not working and other things broken or old. It just was not worth 300 euro's a night. I've slept in Hostels with better maintained rooms. Breakfast was also pretty bad only lots of sweet stuff not a lot of healthy options. Canned fruit at a 4 star hotel?!

Pool

Dont't stay in this horrible hotel!! We booked it because almost no other hotels were available, but it's a disaster. Very unprofessional staff, never experienced this in my life! Extremely bad quality of food, dry old cold and tasteless. Cats were walking in the restaurant. Room walls very thin, you could hear the entire hotel, making it impossible to sleep. Very hard matrass, our backs are destroyed. The bed was also very small for 2 adults (1,20m). Everything in the hotel was very old and in bad condition. Road to hotel in extremely bad condition, it will destroy your car. And all of this for 240euro a night!! What a rip-off..

Spectacular views over the bay. Nice pool area. Room a good size and everything very clean

Access to the hotel was along a steep unmade road many holes and loose ground particularly difficult at night, no lighting, on 2 wheels. Hotel not new and needs a good make over and update. Paid for a superior room with sea view. The view was only at an angle from the balcony. Pool too cold to use solar panels would solve this. Nice little spa but steam room and sauna not very hot and the relaxing music could not be heard due a heavy disco beat from the bar next door. Overall disappointing for its 4* rating

Only the view

Your money is here unfortunately not well spent. The strength point is only the landscape view from the hotel. The rest like rooms, food, accessibility, catering, cleaness, etc. is lacking behind. Internet is not working well, you need almost everyday to re-enter your login details as it disconnects automatically. The road to the hotel isn't well paved, garden and the tennis courts aren't cleaned properly, it doesn't deserve any of those 4 starts at all. Same for the food, its level isn't representing the Italian high quality service (many times we asked for a vegan menu and we were often offered with the wrong dishes or ingredients). You can eat better with much less in a normal Italian restaurant. Nothing adapted to vegebtarinas/vegan at all. Locker in the rooms was not working and even if they said their were going to repair it nobody repaired it. The heating and air Conditioning wasn't working. Rooms are not cleaned properly, you can listen to your neighbor's voices all the time, in the morning especially it's pleasant at all. Even if the staff tried to cope with all this our experience in this "4 stars relais" is not recommendable. It deserves max. 2 stars. It seems like they don't care about it and they are simply letting it deteriorate. We were happy to leave it at the end of our 4 days stay and to go back home

The whole resort was beautiful. Stunning views on the ocean and mountains. The staff was exceptionally nice and always adapted to our needs. The spa was super relaxing and massage was excellent as well.
