For the price I paid it’s a 10. Very good value for money and large space.

The hotel is located near Pompei Sсavi train station - very easy to find. At the reception we were met , despite the late hour, everything explained and even helped to carry the bags to the room. The personal is very friendly and care. The room is small but sufficient for two people, there is a door to the balcony and the window is closed by shutters. Own bathroom - there are shampoos, shower gel, towels. Breakfast - coffee, tea, very tasty pastries, cheese, ham, yogurt, cereal and milk. Air-conditioning system centralized, the room was always cool and comfortable. Near there is a place with souvenirs, several restaurants. The supermarket Carrefour - 1 km away. The Porta Marina (entrance with ticket office and audioguide) 5 minutes to walk.

The hotel is situated near the road and railway tracks, can be a little noisy.

Pillows are super hard and high. Bath doesn't have a curtain and floor ends up soaking wet.

Liked everything with the hotel itself, only negative is that it's located next to a pretty busy street so if you're easily annoyed by background noise you probably won't sleep that well.

On check out proces, guy on reception persistently wont to charge parking 10 eur per night. People on check in process told me, parking is free on front side of hotel, but if you park inside, you must pay. After when i showed up picture with "free parking for guest of hotel" above place of parking my car, he left me alone after more than 5 minute pressing...... That pressure, left me bad expirience on this place!

The property was clean and comfortable with close proximity to the train station. The staff was incredibly friendly and the breakfast was the standard European breakfast but tasty. It was great value for the money for sure!

The wifi didn’t work while we were there. The staff did apologize for it but there was no fix for the duration of our stay. They advertised air conditioning but had swapped their system to heat which meant no air conditioning for us. To compensate we had to leave the window open which came with a lot of loud traffic from the busy street right outside the window until around 0330 (still loud even while sleeping with earplugs like I do) and there was a lot of light that came in through the window. Advertising air conditioning despite changing their systems to heat for the winter has been a common issue in Europe and is incredibly frustrating given that’s one of the primary reasons I book a place. If they change the system to prohibit air conditioning they need to remove that from the advertisements to accurately reflect what you’re getting. Over all it was still a great place and good value. Just ticked about no wifi and no AC.

The hotel structure is extremely old and poorly maintained. the bathroom is very cramped and the shower stall is full of slime and dirty. The staff are not friendly, parking is very expensive (10€/day) which, according to my point of view, should be offered free of charge as there is no other parking facility nearby. The advertised breakfast does not match what they offer, too bad!
