Todo perfecto

Vue sur la mer au top, nous prenions le petit-déjeuner au balcon, logement pratique cool.

La piscine était sale, l’insonorisation des murs (on entendait vraiment tout), le ménage et les lits n’étaient pas fait digne d’un hôtel. Les serviettes n’étaient pas propres (tâches). Besoin de rénovation sur tous les sujets.

Brilliant location, friendly, clean, great value.

The view from balcony was not the best Had to ask for more toilet paper as one day none was left & it had ran out. Reception provided so not a problem.

Overpriced

We arrived early in the morning. It was possible to have your baggage checked. People of the reception are very understanding and helpful. We had a room with no working AC and since the technician was not available we were rebooked to another room the next day. During our stay it was very hot and humid in Ibiza and a working AC is necessary. The service at the bar of the pool is very nice, they are very friendly and do their best to accomodate you during your swims. Beds and umbrella's are available and toilets are available at the reception and they are cleaned regularly during the day. The breakfast is really ok for its price. There is a nice shop next to the hotel that has a lot to offer and is open almost 24/7 with some nice house music on the background, so if you come home from a night out you can get some fresh drinks. During the day there is some animation and they do a really good job.

The pictures on the website seem a bit dated (for example the pools fountain no longer works and you can see the pool has had a long life, but they clean it every morning very thoroughly, so it is clean, please note the water is salty). Getting a taxi at a certain moment during the day can be very difficult and frustrating. Ask your hotel in time to call some taxi and wait in front of the door, because stopping taxi's on the street is a pain in the ass. We booked 4 rooms (if you book 2 rooms you won't have to pay an advance) so we were asked to already pay a percentage of our stay, if we were to annulate our stay we would have lost this money. When I book through booking I am used to not pay in advance and generally like it that way more, but I kinda understand. During the booking process you had to find this information at the very end and I overlooked this information during the booking process. It was only after the booking process I was contacted by Vibra to pay the advance through a link on Vibra's own website, not through booking.com. This felt sketchy at first, so I double checked it.

It was in a good location & I appreciated that the staff allowed us to check in early.

It was incredibly dirty. Every towel we had was dirty, the cleaners barely cleaned the room and left dirty rags in the room when they did. It was quite an uncomfortable stay and if I ever went to the front desk for an enquiry, it seemed like it was more of a pain than anything else.

Great location

Bad bath and shower. In need of a makeover. The dryer was not working.
