wonderful! the staff was so kind

didn’t end up staying at this property due to confusion over the room and a water issue. however moved to Del Mar and was very happy with the facilities and staff were exceptionally kind and helpful

Would have appreciated some prior warning for the hotel change as we didn’t get told until getting to the front desk.

arrived at our hotel on check in date & they said they didn’t have room for us even though it was pre booked from a MONTH AGO. Sent us to another hotel in a different location & wouldn’t compensate us in any shape or form whatsoever and actually ended up charging us EXTRA for a “tourist fee”???? disgusting staff. the girl with the blonde hair LAUGHED IN MY FACE and said we simply won’t get a room if we don’t pay (when asking for a discount or compensation to which we got neither. went to the other hotel, the elevator, phone and AC wasn’t working. terrible terrible experience would not recommend.

the staff are disgustingly room and unaccomadating at all you do not get your moneys worth do not spend a dollar in this disgusting filthy hole.

It's a simple room; the cleaning was not very good. the bathroom curtain was disgusting! It was very dirty, and needs to be changed! the bathroom window was locked! and could not open! I had to ask hotel maintenance, and they removed the lock! the air conditioning doesn't work very well! It was old! The hotel has potential but needs a lot of improvement!

the pool was lovely and always very quiet

the aircon didn’t turn off had to keep it on the whole time

Well located, nearby the city centre. 15 minutes walk from bus station.

Could hear my neighbour being sick all night and the other one putting on the music loud. Hopefully the hotel can do something about it but too many people with little respect.

The property is very well located, near all kinds of commerce and transport, the beach is close by and the port as well, so it made it easier to do water activities, the rooms are cleaned and very well maintained as there are cleaners that come almost everyday to clean the room, change the sheets and the towels.

There was a little misunderstanding about the room on the check in day, but it was soon resolved and the stuff made sure we were satisfied.

Bed is not very comfortable, but it's Ok.

It was clean and I guess well conencted as well

Not enough people were staying, nobody used pool when I was there

Pool was closed for a couple days which was a minor inconvenience as we were able to use the hotel over the road. All staff very friendly and even gifted me a bottle of prosecco for my birthday! Would recommend.

The only issue we had was the pool was being cleaned over 3 days we were there (we were only there for 5 days total) so it kind of caused a minor issue in that sense, but we could use the facilities at the hotel over the road.

Don’t get me wrong we love this hotel but…..

Arrived here with my wife and kid sister Friday late on 8pm (ish) to be told our room was not available (same as another 3 couples still due to check in) they had simply over booked. 😩but what went on from then was just a mess and completely unacceptable. The girl on the desk was not helpful at all, in fact she was rude to the fact anyone that came in after she would just start dealing with them and make us wait, we finally got her round to ringing the other Vibra hotels on the island (there as very many) but she had little luck and we were sat waiting and waiting. She finally called us over to show us the most run down / worst one they have in San antoni (I’ve seen it before on the net) which we refused, as we did the same with the next one. The girl on the desk just told us to go out and enjoy Ibiza and just dump the bags for now 🤦🏽‍♂️ as to which we replied yes we want nothing more but the girls weren’t going to go out without getting ready and also not without knowing if they even had somewhere to stay. After a little chat we did this but only popped down to mambo for a few drinks and headed back up. After a little more waiting we were called back to the desk. She had found us a new option finally which was Vibra Pieces.. if anyone knows pieces then they know it’s total party hotel not relaxing one little bit and even though by that stage we just went with it as it was very late by then, but what she didn’t grasp was we know it is a 4 star and bigger, closer to the action but we have stayed at the Vibra sanan which used to be called Don Pepe loads of times and we love how chill it is, the pool area, the views and the location most out of any hotel on the island it was always our go to. Party through the night, tan and chill through the day but we will never come back again with Vibra leading them as it was a complete joke and ruined our visit to some degree ad the hotels are completely different.

Good location

The front desk staff was very disorganized and rude. We've paid for the rooms in advance but they weren't able to find a payment & made us pay twice. We asked to talk to the reservation manager or boss - no reaction, and no one connected us with them. After a long flight & transfer guests had to wait additional hour to check-in. Very dissapointing
