The staff were all great enjoyed my stay
The token for 1 plastic glass drinks thing is very annoying. It would be better even if you could get two drinks at a time. I know it’s to stop abusing the all inc. But it’s annoying having to keep going to the bar. Also the staff wouldn’t be as busy if you could get two drinks.

Lovely food.
The walls are thin so you maybe unlucky if you get noisy neighbours. The sunbeds are limited they open the pool area at 9am so you have to queue at 8.30 if you want a few beds together. It is a shame they don’t offer plastic wine glasses

Location and staff were amazing
No facilities in room to make a drink or keep a cold drink. I was on breakfast only - I’m an early riser so getting a coffee I had to wait until shop over road.

Nothing I checked in went to my room and immediately left the hotel. The rooms were horrible, the bed was ridiculous, the noise was so loud and the windows paper thin.

Sea side location good
My flight been cancel and I book another flight I paid 2 days Sunday and Monday my I arrive morning 9 Monday and they don't let me go my room I paid room and breakfast they don't let me they let me Monday for 1 day only very dispointed you take my money for room and my breakfast money but you did not let me in you should let me in my room I did pay you I will complain booking com

I went here with a group of friends there was 10 of us all ladies in their 40's and 50's and we absolutley loved the hotel, we sat on the beach just outside the entrance as it was easier to get beds together. The food was great and the staff were very friendly and couldn't do enough for us. The view from our rooms across the bay was gorgeous.
Getting used to having a cup or a token for drinks but we soon got the hang of it.
