location in Playa de Bossa is great for the price. staff is nice.

I was double charged for one of my rooms. The receptionists stated to wait until Monday to see if the bank refunds the money because it didn’t show a charge on their end. They told me to send an email with photos of the double charge and if the money is not returned by Monday they would issue the refund. I’ve sent 3 emails and haven’t even received a reply about getting my money back. review will go up once that does.

There was nothing to complain about. Location was great, just few meters from a street full of bars and restaurants. Really close to beach and sidewalk. Room with a balcony was nice and equipped with kitchen. Good vibes atmosphere supported by DJ at pool. Breakfast were delicious and special thanks to cook who was always smiling. Reception personnel was helpful and nice, they called taxi for us every time we needed.

The staff was very kind and useful. Especially praise for Romanian receptionist. 😊 Our room was clean and very big.
