Отель очень приятный на 4 звезды Мы отдыхали с семьей , все понравилось. Рекомендуем это отель.

Las piscinas, habitación y terraza espaciosas, limpio, personal amable, se tiene en cuenta a los niños con un montón de cosas para su entretenimiento y también para adultos.

Bufete poco variado, pero lo que había muy rico. Había a zonas que con el carro de bebé era muy complicado acceder, por ejemplo a la zona de juegos infantil, si tienes un niño más mayor y un bebé tienes que estar con el bebé cogido para que el otro juegue por no poder subir la silla.

Tasty buffet selections with a wide choice in a large dining hall. Half board can be breakfast & lunch or breakfast & dinner as it suits you from day to day. Central location 8 minutes walk to Old Town bars & shops. Great views from upper floors with plenty of elevators. Many well organised daily activities for adults/teens & loads of activities for kids 3-13 both indoors and outside, all very well run by dedicated staff. Kids get there own very shallow pool area and a pool with slides also a large cage with enclosed trampolines, football, mini-golf etc & supervising staff with whistles! Mercadona supermarket is a 5 minute walk from the hotel. The room has a fridge with drinks but still a little space for your own. Free wifi. Lovely bathroom. One of the cleanest hotels I have stayed in.

Someone must have been smoking in an adjacent room as it could be smelled when I turned my aircon on. Couldn't find a TV channel with anything English but soon got over that! No USB charging points.

The holiday was wonderful overall and our second time staying here. The food was excellent and the all inclusive drinks also very good. The entertainment in the evenings was more geared towards Spanish people but we did enjoy joining in.

There were a few uncomfortable moments trying to get a drink at the bar, one in particular where we stood and waited and we were totally ignored and so gave-up, regardless of paying all inclusive. The entertainment in the evening didn't cater for children over the age of 10.

Food was excellent. Very clean hotel.
