Fantastic hotel for anyone with young kids. They will be entertained from morning to night with the kids club,playground,pools, pirate ship,kids disco & entertainment. We were in block 4 and although the view isint great we did have a fantastic pool which was like a private pool just for our block. Pool towels are free & can be exchanged daily. Also you get a wrist band as your room key,so handy! It is about a 5 minute walk to the beach & it is beautiful. There are also a host of beach front restaurants there,and a playground on the beach. Again great for younger kids.

Not much for teenagers. We ate in the buffet on one evening, there is a big selection but the food was only OK,most of the items I chose were luke warm,the chips seemed to be the freshest & warmest. Both of my kids were sick afterwards but we are not sure it was from that or something else.

location a separate pool for adults

everything was circa 20 years old the worst was the noise from neighbours, we were hearing everything like it was in our room. They were having a party first and then continue to talk through the whole night. It happened for the last two nights. The walls were from cardboard or what? There was no isolation, nor privacy.

Very close to the beach and nearby supermakerts

We booked a rooftop room with outdoor jacuzzi. Well worth it. Everything catered for on site. Staff and hotel were lovely. We had a great time and would highly recommend.

Close to the beach - nice and quiet

The kid’s loved the swimming pool and the orb spent hours happily in it. Great location good proximity to beaches, port and restaurants.

There was consistently long wait for drinks. There didn’t seem to be enough bar staff. The entertainment didn’t cover 12-16 year olds which was a shame.

Food was ok not much choice for children. Hotel was in poor condition needs up grading lots of damage and fairly dated air con wasn’t amazing in the rooms

Excellent facilities for families with young children. Close to beach, amenities and restaurants.

Air conditioning in the rooms is terrible making it very uncomfortable in summer months. Beds are very soft and the place generally needs a bit of TLC.

i hated the fact that all the sun loungers round the pool were taken by 8 in the morning this shouldn't be allowed it would make the holiday a lot more enjoyable if each room was allocated 2 sun loungers there was 4 of us and we done well if we could find one to share

+ well located: 5 minutes the beach and beach promenade with many shops and restaurants. The bus Station to Can Picafort and also to the oldcity of alcudia is also 5 minutes walk from the hotel. + many pools and attractions for children. The hotel also have a pool for 18+ people, where children are not allowed.

- unfortunately our room was dirty when we checked in. There were bread crumbs on the floor, our bed was sandy and the towels had make up stains. - Life guards at the pool couldn‘t speak english, which is really unresponsable, because there are many english speaking Tourists. - the personal were not really friendly - lunch buffet was Not good. I would recommend to eat outside the Hotel.

location , plenty of pools for kids, most staff nice

Dinner was not great. I would go B&B if I was staying again. The restaurant is used for breakfast lunch and dinner and is fine for breakfast but not comfortable enough for dinner. Staff are run of there feet in Restaurants and Bars. WiFi is poor at times even for the staff as all orders at tables and bar are on line and are slow !

I loved swimmimg pools. There is a lot of attractions for kids. Playground is great and in a shadow place (so you can still use it at noon). Kitchen is well equiped. The area is great. Beach is 5min walk. Garden is beatiful. Best hotel I've ever been to.

The only thing I missed was a dishwasher.

Absolutely perfect for any type of holiday, family/solo/friends/couple. Loved the kids area with pool and playground, perfect for all ages. Staff were all friendly and rooms were kept so clean. Very centrally located with just a 5 minute walk to the beach and loads of restaurants and about a 15 minute walk to the gorgeous Old Town. Everywhere very buggy accesible too. Will definitely be back!

Only thing is it is a cashless hotel so everything you have in the hotel gets charged to your bill which you pay on check out. Not really a negative but something to be aware of before going.
