The staff where very nice. The hotel is somewhat antiquated and needs some refurbishing. Breakfast and dinner was ok but nothing exciting. Spa was good but shower facilities where out of order. Hotel in good walking area from the town centre.

The hotel in general needs an uplift. I understand COVID has hit hard but facilities need to be improved in general.

Exceptionally friendly and helpful staff

Staff very friendly and helpful. Typical continental breakfast which was fine for our needs. The big bonus was that they allowed us to bring our 2 small dogs for a surcharge. The location is about 20 minutes walk into the centre of town. The room was clean and on par with other hotels in the area. Our room had a nice patio area outside.

Nothing much. Patios could benefit from privacy screens as each one is a continuation of the rooms wither side.

The staff are very friendly, the room with an outside terrace was lovely. The location was ideal for us as we had travelled to Cadiz to have our Harley serviced and the hotel is very close to the Harley Davidson dealership. We were offered breakfast and free parking within the cost of our two night stay and the price was very reasonable. It is a good base if you have your own transport.

Not all the facilities were available but that is because of COVID19 and there is nothing the staff could do about it. For the same reason, the breakfast was not great - no hot food. But overall we had no complaints.

We had a family weekend break and the hotel exceeded our expectations. Very clean, comfortable and spa was great. Staff was very helpful and friendly.
