Check in was easy and the staff were excellent. Lift system was efficient. The room was good. Well proportioned. Bar service in the evenings was good, as was the breakfast service.

There was no coffee/tea making facility in the room. Seating at breakfast was cramped, with the tables too close together, so that people had to move to let other people sit down. Although the breakfast itself was excellent, the coffee was poor. The flask coffee was not hot and the coffee from the machine was disappointing.

very basic room for a 4* and a too ambitious price for value of room. the parking has a very challengingly small entrance.

The hotel room was spacious and clean. The hotel location is very central. There are options for choosing a quiet room, if you cannot stand street noise.

Quiet rooms face a back wall, so no view. The rooms are not well insulated and are generally hot. There is a weird smell when you open the windows. My neighbors were respectful but I believe you could hear noise from the nearby rooms. The system for turning on/off the lights is complicated.

Location is fantastic for exploring cultural highlights and being close to restaurants and shops. Right on the street. Near the Cathedral and Turia gardens. Staff were very friendly, and the buffet breakfast had smoothies and fresh fruit as well as other choices . I'd describe it as a boutique hotel. The building itself is also off historical interest as Machado ( the poet) lived here and it was a cultural centre of women's groups in the 1930s Spotlessly clean , great housekeeping.and loved the soaps and Clarins body lotion.

Very little hanging space for clothes. Doors didn't open fully in wardrobe, which was a little tedious.

Das Hotel hat eine gute Lage, da man fast alles zu Fuß erreichen kann. Es ist sehr sauber und das Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Das Hotelzimmer ist schön anzusehen und sauber. Leider fehlte ein Kleiderschrank und eine Kommode. Es war lediglich ein Ständer da mit 3 Kleiderbügeln. Somit sah das Zimmer nicht mehr so schön aus, da 2 Personen für 3 Übernachtungen einiges an Kleidung dabei hatten. Überall wo es eine freie Fläche gab lag Kleidung. Über den 2 Stühlen hing fast alles was gehangen werden musste.

Locatie is top! Ontbijt zeer uitgebreid.
