Hotel mit ausreichend kostenlosen Parkplätzen und schönem, erfrischenden Pool mit Liege- und Sitzmöglichkeiten. Gutes Frühstück mit Serrano-Schinken, Käse, frischem Obst und viel Gebäck. Großer Frühstücksraum auch mit Möglichkeit draußen zu frühstücken. Die Superior-Zimmer haben große Fenster mit tollem Blick über die Stadt, wir konnten deutlich früher einchecken als angegeben. Der Stadtstrand La Concha ist fußläufig in 15 Min, die Altstadt in 45 Min. erreichbar. Der schöne Strand mit weichem Sand ist optimal geeignet für einen Spaziergang. Es gibt Duschen am Strand.

Nur ein teures Restaurant in unmittelbarer Umgebung, das Hotel bietet aber Lieferservice (Pizza und Sushi, haben wir nicht genutzt).

Desde que llegamos, un trato excelente por parte del personal. A la hora de hacer el Chek-in, el señor Patxi muy profesional, amable y servicial. Las instalaciones impecables de limpieza, la habitación muy completa, limpia y cómoda, con unas vistas privilegiadas. Al dejar la habitación nos dieron la posibilidad de dejar el coche un rato más en su parking (cosa que se agradece), para terminar de dar un paseo por la ciudad antes de regresar a casa. Recomendable cien por cien.

Beautiful view and room our room overlooked the bay. While there was no restaurant there was small food and drinks available in the evening that was perfect for us. Lovely pool and it was great to have a car park as we had stayed following a week in France and had a fully packed car. Staff were friendly and told us all about where was best to go and about the bus to get us back up the hill!

It didn’t detract from a good stay but I felt the breakfast could have been better

Location great, free parking perfect for us at the end of a road trip in campervan. Rooms exceptionally clean and cleaned every day. Reception staff helpful and friendly.

No day time snacks or drinks only in the evening which is when most people go out for a meal. Breakfast wasn't great not much put out.

Amazing view from our superior room. Lovely big window which slides open to let lots of the outside in. Marble floors gives is a very clean feel. Large comfy beds.

No coffee making facilities in the room. No bar. 10 minutes walk to get a coffee ( apart from vending machine). Bit of a walk up hill from beach or any shops/cafes. Food and drink offering should be better given location and cost of staying

Free parking. Beautiful location on the Igeldo hill overlooking the city with easy bus connections to the old town if needed. Otherwise a 25 min walk. Nice pool area and helpful staff with many tips. Close to Ondaretta, a great residential area with many bars and restaurants.

Nice location, beautiful overall view of the city from the lobby and the garden area. Courteous staff, and a nice attention to details for us dog owners at our arrival with a dog bed, bowl, and treats.
