Shuttle to airport, friendly staff.

Some parts of the hotel felt old, no ice machine, wall paper peeling off wall

The room was very comfortable and clean. The airport shuttle was reliable and the drivers very helpful with the loading of our luggage. They were also friendly and drove safely to and form the airport.

The reception staff were not very helpful or friendly when we checked in. I also requested complimentary shaving cream on the morning of our departure. I was informed quite abruptly to come down and collect it from reception only to find the 2 staff members there giggling over a video they were watching on a cell phone. I consider this to be unprofessional behavior. It was early in the morning, they clearly had no work to do, and the least they could have done was bring it up to my room. We did not have time for breakfast and we did not make use any of the hotel's other facilities so I cannot provide feedback regarding this.

Very convenient for Athens airport, good value for our one night stay which included dinner and breakfast.

Modern clean rooms in close proximity to the airport, shuttle service was excellent and well organised. Lobby and check in experience was great, they even offered to hold my luggage until we checked in time. Took the opportunity to visit downtown Athens. Room service was great, restaurant looked a bit dated and communal facilities business centre was quite exposed.

Would be great if a luggage scale was provided. Nothing around the hotel available for some essentials ie milk etc.

Rooms were clean and very nice. Was actually surprised how nice they were. Nice decent size bathroom too.

Location is about a 12 -15 min drive from the airport but shuttle was fantastic and was super easy.

Holiday Inn is always welcoming. I love the architecture. We always feel relaxed and the staff are excellent.

Airport Shuttle is very convenient. Even though we made last minute request for taking us to the airport and the Shuttle was full they were very adjusting

They have limited space in the shuttle and if you do not put your name in time then you might have to take an hour early or late which could create an issue if you late for flight

Comfortable hotel , If you are staying book the Dinner included in your room rate fantastic value for money Straight from the menu no exceptions I had steak as a main course at no extra cost , Drinks prices reasonable for a hotel

Good location for a one night stay

Less facilities than on previous stays. No bathrobes, one had to be requested. Ironing board but no iron!! Shuttle service now only runs until 11:30am and begins again later in the day, presumably to encourage guests to check out before 12:00.

Close to the airport and we booked this hotel to ensure easy access to the airport in the early morning. The hotel itself was clean and comfortable. The hotel can be easy reached by bus when coming from the city center.
