המיקום של המלון ממש טוב, מול השוק הישן (שעכשיו בשיפוץ ) , אבל מיקום מעולה לכל מקום הליכה רגלית. ארוחת הבוקר הייתה מהממת , לא כמו ארוחת בוקר אירופאית רגילה היה הרבה מבחר והכל טרי . הצוות ממש ממש נחמד ואדיב. יש חנייה של המלון ב10 יורו ליממה כאשר אין חנייה באזור

חדרים יותר גדולים הייתי רוצה . רשום באתר שיש חנייה אבל לא רשום שהיא עולה כסף .

Hotel staff are really helpful. The meals in the hotel are great and high quality. The hotel was well air conditioned which is needed in Chania city. Considering meals were included, it was really great value as restaurants in Chania are very expensive.

The food portions were far too big, especially the salads on the evening meal menu, which were 'starter's, but main meal sized. The shower in the bathroom was connected to a tap on the side of the bath, but the hose was stretched trying to reach the shower head hook on the wall, so it might be a bit inconvenient for tall guests.

The location was great and the staff were very pleasant and helpful. There was plenty to choose from at breakfast and the quality was good. We had everything we needed in our room other than space.

The classic room was very small and cramped. The bathroom was tiny and difficult to move in and I'm not a big person. We had a balcony but the outlook was onto grim grey buildings. Sometimes the items at breakfast were not replenished when they were needed.

very close to the old town so very convenient location. breakfast had a nice selection and family room was spacious. the staff was very nice too. if you’re visiting Chania old town a stay here is convenient.

if you decide to use the hotel’s parking it sounds inconvenient and pricey. we got very lucky with street parking (we parked and didn’t move our car until we left the area). the view from our room was a few ugly buildings, so really no view from the very big balcony. no gym either but that’s probably not why you are reserving at this hotel.

The rooms were amazing! Good size, bright lighting and clean. I liked that we had a balcony; one for each room and two separate rooms. Restaurant staff were lovely.

the shower and bathtubs were really small. It would be a struggle for bigger sized people to wash in the shower/bathtub that we had. I thought Kostas at the reception seemed a little grumpy and could be more pleasant, but maybe he had a hard day :)

I liked the room and the breakfast. I liked the double bed, it was high and very comfortable. The staff was very kind and helpful! The location worked perfectly well for me! The staff was kind enough to let us stay longer after the bar area closing time with some friends!

The bathroom was a bit small. Only a small place to put on my stuff. The glass door of the shower had no protectives, so the water was coming out on the floor. This was a bit uncomfortable for me.

The breakfast was delightful.....loved the variety.

The location was ideal, just in front of the old market, at the entrance of the old town

location was perfect - just a few mins walk to old town and harbour. reception is open all hours. very efficient and friendly. has an old style which is something to treasure in these times. staff were very friendly. breakfast room is beautiful, food all freshly made, wonderful staff who clearly love working there went out of their way to make me welcome. 1st floor bar/ cafe area is great place to relax for coffee or drink or get some work done. accommodation was perfect and very quiet.

Just about perfection.. I cannot fault it the location supperb the staff fantastic and very helful.

The hotel location is excellent, only 5-10 minutes walk from the harbour. The room was very nice, very comfortable bed, choice of pillows, free water put into the fridge each day, complimentary drink and snacks upon arrival. I was also given vouchers for a free drink at the bar and a free massage to be arranged at the location close by. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is very good, very nice room with tablecloths etc and good and pleasant service. I cannot fault anything.
