Dud not like Machine coffee, you had to pay for a better quality coffee

Breakfast was superb , Joanne was really helpful and nice. She was happy to help with anything and always friendly. The swimming pool was great too

The Room was VERY dated and in need of a refurbish. The road noise is loud. Not good pillows.

The beds are very hard. The swimming pool was not open, due to maintainance.

The apartment was quiet, nicely heated and most of all the breakfast in the most beautiful restaurant was amazing.

Well heated in winter. This is not always the case in Spain. The apartment was very spacious and cleaned very well daily. Easy to park outside.

Coffee from the machine was sugary even though it wasn’t supposed to be.

The property was clean and the staff very friendly. Our stay was reasonably priced given the fact that it was New Year’s Eve and the property is within fairly close distance from the heart of Javea (5 minutes by car).

A warm large apartment (#4) however it was tired and poorly furnished. Tea and coffee facilities were absent despite being advertised as a feature A huge amount of dust was evident under the bed ( which we noticed when we dropped something on the floor) which adversely set of an allergy Bathroom fittings were old and difficult to operate Marble floor had several holes in it which were dirt traps We were attending a function at the hotel comprising of around 70 people. There were too few waiting staff who were unable to meet the needs of the event, the tables were placed too close so that they had difficulty in getting round, the set menu came out of the kitchen in a haphazard manner which meant that some tables had been served desserts before others had even started. Our table waited 45 minutes for drinks and two hours before the main course was served. The food itself was, by then, inedible and a galaxy apart from its description on the menu. The hotel had definitely taken on much more than it was capable of delivering , quite happy to take our money but not willing to invest in the staff or systems to even begin to meet the needs of the function. Just when we thought it couldn’t get any worse, we went for breakfast the next morning. There were a few cold meats and croissants, bread in the plastic bags and some extremely overcooked sausages and scrambled eggs, we had to get wine glasses from the bar for orange juice that had been left out in a carton, search for our own plates and cutlery from the restaurant store and locate cups for coffee from a vending machine. there was even leftover soup heated in a cauldron from the night before Not one member of staff were in evidence to assist or receive feedback ( we arrived at 0945- breakfast was offered between 0800-1030) All in all - one of the worst hotel experiences that we have encountered Check out staff were not interested in any feedback, just wanted our €6 parking fee before we left.

This was a perfectly situated Aparthotel With beautiful grounds and pools, large comfortable apartments, and a world-class restaurant which shocked us upon arrival! After traveling and doing very tired, we landed here and immediately landed in the pool area where there was a restaurant ran by a lovely and very friendly couple named Joanne and Antony They and their staff, including Toni greeted us as if we were old friends and fed us A wonderful and much-needed lunch I had roast chicken, with french fries and salad and my husband have pork chops with the same accompaniment We could not believe our luck in finding this place My concern was that it was too far from the beach but it was a five minute drive that was easy to make daily or multiple times in a day We never had to interact with the front desk except to ask for things like an extra wine glass My only very minor complaint is that the kitchens in the apart hotels are not fully stocked, for example with a dish rack to dry the dishes, but it was a very minor complaint Within a few minutes walk or drive Far above there is a Chinese store filled with anything you could possibly need The breakfast that is included was Deluxe and exceeded our expectations it was wonderful to see Jo the crew and be greeted every morning, we hated leaving actually and will be back! Highly recommend this property The pools and grounds are well tended and clean, the cleaning crew of the rooms was efficient and kind, and when we did go to the front desk we were treated with warmth This may be somewhat of a budget place but it provides a level of service far above Thank you Pinosol!
