The hotel and location are perfect if you're travelling along the A2 motorway and need a break. This is the second time we stayed here as it is close to the motorway with easy access and plenty of parking available, albeit additional charges apply.
Dogs are welcome at the hotel and also welcome in the restaurant at breakfast, which was ideal with our needy dog. Plenty of choice for breakfast and will suit all sorts of diets, even KETO with its chia pudding 😁
The staff are lovely both in the reception and restaurant! The room was nice and clean.
We will definitely come back again next year.
That there was no option for room service. We arrived at 2205 and the kitchen closed at 2200. Had to spend over 20 euros on a greasy pizza from Deliveroo where a cold meat/cheese platter would've been ideal.
Missing remote which couldn't be replaced was a slight issue. Would've been good to occupy the early risers!

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Zimmer war sauber, die Betten bequem, Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und umfangreich. Wir haben nichts vermisst.

Freudlichkeit der Person bei der Reception. Dass man für den Hund eine Decke und einen Trinknapf parat gestellt hat.
Kaffee hatte einen schlechten Geschmack und der Frühstück war relativ teuer für das was es war. Fast keine Käsesorten.

Fin hotell. Extremt svårt att hitta till samt dess parkering. Fantastisk restaurang. De tog dubbel betalt o trots försäkran har inget retur gjorts till mig 6 dgr senare. Tråkigt.

The hotel room was adequetly sized to a four person family, and the beds were very comfortable!
For the prize it was excellent!
Some of the construction work needs a small runover, like the paintjob in the halls, and the staircase tiles were coming loose.

Location was ok, it's easy to get to and outside of green zone. Breakfast food was quite all right as well. Clean room
Restaurant was quite bad, we both had schnitzel and it was definately one of the worst we had.
Restaurant interior is really nice, good hotel Restaurant vibes, but the food definately doesn't reflect that.
The bed turned out smaller than expected and wasn't very comfortable.

We arrived really late and we got a room that was not the one that we booked, but just smaller. After almost 1h of discussions with the receptionist, magically came out a room that we booked, they wanted that we needed to pay some extra. The water in the shower were dirty, light brown, it was not so easy to shower with such water. The shower was clogged, same for the sink.

There are no facilities for disabled people. For example: shower instead of bath. It was so hard for my husband to get into the bath and to get out the bah was a nightmare. We have been told that the hotel hasn't got any room properly prepared for disabled people. Apart from this, everything was fine.

The room was ok, it was a good size and it had some appliances, such as a table, a tv, a kettle and some tea available.
The hotel looks worn down - it could use a bit of renovation.
The bed and the pillows were not great either.

the room was big enough for 2 adults + 2 kids, very clean, comfortable beds, close to the train station which has direct connection to the city center, onsite paid parking, small but coquette and delicious breakfast, welcoming and friendly staff, overall we loved our stay

It's not ours first time in this hotel, and definitely not the last time. Breakfast is bit expensive,but you can find everything for you.
The sofa bed was very loud every time you moved it.

The hotel room is very clean and high quality of the facilities.
Too high temperature inside the room that caused by central heating system (temperature controller inside the room didn’t help). This made our family very difficult to sleep. Opening window helped reducing temperature but at the same time we heard a lot of noise from outside :-(
