Pour un novotel c’était vraiment moyen
La chambre sentait la cigarette,le tel ne marcher pas , le bar était vide,les vitres étaient très sale et le ménage moyen et la réception moyen aussi

The only positive point I can mention is the location, but there are also other hotels here...
The check in took a long time. Not very friendly staff and not nice to other customers.
The room was okay, but renovation would be welcome. I stayed in a Superior room and was expecting a bit better standard and clean less.
The worst was the food. Diner buffet was really bad. The breakfast was one of the worse ever. No service, all the tables dirty, no place to sit, no thee, no spoons, food was poor...
It looks like this hotel needs a new manager or just close it...I understood from my agent who stayed with me in this hotel, that this hotel was much better couple of years before. He was even mor disappointed than I was.
Last time here and if this is a Accor standard, I stay away from them...

Great location, 2 minutes walk to casa port train station , 25 minutes walk to Mohammed v mosque. 5 minutes walk to the old Medina. You are basically in the heart of city center. You have access on everything.
The elevator take to long at the lobby to get it.

Staff were ok, but on checking out I realised that my credit card had been charged double my room rate instead of just clocking it as deposit, and said staff member on the desk refused to refund it saying instead that he now had to take my room rate from me also. So I ended up paying the times what the room cost, and I still haven't seen the refund come to my bank account. I feel cheated and lied to. Awful service. I've lost over 500 dollars to this shoddy hotel due to a staff members refusal to admit that they did wrong.

I think the buffet at breakfast time was quite poor considering the category of the hotel. It would have been great to have a chef in the breakfast area, cooking omelettes, fried eggs, scramble eggs, etc. Quite common nowadays in hotels of such category.

Breakfast was completely unhygienic. The Hotel floor lobby carpet was dirty and stinking. The lifts were partially working. Lobby area and cafeteria/restaurant were dirty and food quality was pathetic. Mosquitoes were added attraction to the food. It was completely a VERY DIFFICULT to describe bad experience.
The owners should STOP accepting guest till improvements are made.
CAN NOT ACCEPT SUCH BAD MANAGEMENT FROM ACCOR GROUP.
Everything needs improvement. Entrance, Reception, Lobby, Restaurants, Rooms, Floor lobby, what and what not. In simple words everything needs improvement.

Big hotel and somehow clean.
The rooms are old dated, need some refreshments. But somehow clean.
It is not possible to pay in Euros . So the booking site is saying aprox 346 euros and at reception I have to pay in local money, MAD, and now I see on my account the payment for 353.4 euros. So 7 euros lost due to exchange rate in 5 days. If you have budget limitation from the company, you will pay them from your pocket.
The room with see view for which you pay additional money. Really ? the big building in construction just in front of the hotel there is no see view anymore.
