- L’ambiance générale de l’établissement - Le personnel n’a pas du tout été à la haute de nos demandes. Aucun conseil - Établissement à fuir si vous venez en voiture car il est impossible de se garer à proximité de l’hôtel. Nous avons cherché pendant 1 heure lors de notre arrivée pour stationner notre véhicule. - Chambre très mal équipée (pas de : tapis de bain, petite serviette, taie d’oreiller, poubelle, couverture supplémentaire …)

It was in a good location. It was OK for a short stay.

Rooms need upgrading, but not awful. Staff certainly need customer service training at reception. There was a lack customer care given at check in and check out with no pleasant exchanges or formal welcome on arrival. When I had an issue with some rubbish left by a large group outside my room and some other minor things like not having a hand towel or bath mat and the lift seeming to be broken and the lobby toilets without any toilet roll or ways to dry your as the hand towels were out too it was brushed off with no real concern or apology given.

It was near the train station. Walking distance. The breakfast was good. The markets were walking distance from the hotel.

No tea coffee facilities. Due to Ramadan could not get good meals.

Location, motorcycle friendly parking.

Room was very hot, aircon not working

Only a five minute walk from the train station was ideal. The dinner and the breakfast were excellent.

The front desk person was not very helpful.

Not like any other ibis that İ stayed. No shampoo, no feet towel, no slippers.

The room was small for two single beds, and I was asked to change the room when I got to the hotel at 1am after I was out. I was told that something popped up in the room, and we need to fixed, but apparently the maintenance was planned beforehand. The cleaning ladies were so nice and did a good job every single day.

I missed some more facilities in the room, like small fridge and water cooker for coffee. I asked of a weight to weigh my bags and they didn't have.
