Booking process poor. Hotel systems and processes more important than customer service

New team of staff who are really doing their best to provide you the best service possible. They listen to your needs and adjust. The hotel is definitely in an upward spiral with the new management and staff. The place itself is incredibly beautiful and has a great vibe.

Room is comfy, but requires some little fresh updates.

HI FIRST OF OVEREATING I AM TRAVEL AGENCY I BOOK THE HOTEL FOR MY CUSTOMERS SINCE NOW 7 YEARS BUT THE NEW STUFF FOR 2023 IS POOR the hotel before was top now wiht new stuff. theres a big difference I hope the owner dear pascal can check what happen or try to find new stuff because hotel lik this one need reception with experience of cours with money years of experience anyway maybe the owner can understand what I mean I will give my opinion one by one Yousaf the restaurant Chaf he is excellent man and he is top but the kitchen Chaf is not good at all now 3 time my clients they get sick directly after KSAR IGHNDA NIGHTS MY 3 PROBLEMS I HAVE IN THE HOTEL TELL NOW 1 IS THE RECEPTION - YOU HAVE TO BE WAITING AT LEAST 45 MINUTS FOR CHEKIN 2 IS THE KITCHEN YOU HAVE TO BE READY TO BE SICK AFTER DIRECTLY 3 THERES 2 WOMAS IN THE SHOP THEY DONINT LOOK HAPPY IN THE HOTEL SOMETHING IS RUNG THERE THIS REVIEW WAS REEDIT BY ME AND 3 OF MY CUSTOMERS TO GIVE OUR OPINION TO THE OWNER IN HOTEL LIK THIS ONE ALL PEOPLE HAVE TO LOOK HAPPY AND BE SMILING TO CUSTOMERS IF SOMEAN IS NOT HAPPEY HAS TO FINDE ANOTHER JOB THNKS YOUSAF FOR ALL BEST YOU DO AND YOUR HOSPITALITY YOU ARE EXCELLENT CHAF FOR THE RESTAURANT TEAM

location was great. best hotel in town.

breakfast and dinner buffets were limited. Vegetable foods I expected were limited.

breakfast was very nice - buffet style! The grounds of the property were wonderful. Landscaping beautiful. Very relaxing atmosphere - super clean. Great choice hotel

we chose a standard room : a little too small for us - had to put our suitcases on the floor - but we staid only one night , so not a huge deal.

Good restaurant. Swimming pool. Main building.

Extremely small and stuffy room. Never stay in rooms started with 8. It's far away from the main building and very poor. It was impossible to sleep. No fresh air. The small window looks to the internal ladder and gives no sunlight. Also, the door of the building was closed, and they didn't provide the key. You have to walk to reception and ask to open it all the time.

Everything about the property is absolutely beautiful! I would like to highlight a few of the top moments of my stay: 1. I have never met more friendly and attentive team. They treated us with such kindness and made our stay that much more enjoyable. 2. The landscape and architecture of the property is unmatched and made us feel like we were living in paradise. The hotel has the most beautiful garden and pool space where we were able to relax and enjoy. We enjoyed soaking up the sun and reading our books. 3. The uniqueness of this hotel is an experience in itself. It feels like a paradise palace in the middle of the Moroccan dessert. I will definitely be coming back on either a girls trip or even romantic getaway. 4. It is easy enough to get to from Marrakech with buses and private taxis taking you through the Atlas Mountains. It is also about a 30 minute taxi from Ouarzazate Airport. I could go on and on about my stay here but I’ll leave it here. Thank you Brahmin, Zaharia, Raheel, and Erik! We will definitely be back for another trip of a lifetime!
