Booking process poor.
Hotel systems and processes more important than customer service

New team of staff who are really doing their best to provide you the best service possible. They listen to your needs and adjust. The hotel is definitely in an upward spiral with the new management and staff.
The place itself is incredibly beautiful and has a great vibe.
Room is comfy, but requires some little fresh updates.

location was great. best hotel in town.
breakfast and dinner buffets were limited. Vegetable foods I expected were limited.

breakfast was very nice - buffet style! The grounds of the property were wonderful. Landscaping beautiful. Very relaxing atmosphere - super clean. Great choice hotel
we chose a standard room : a little too small for us - had to put our suitcases on the floor - but we staid only one night , so not a huge deal.

Good restaurant. Swimming pool. Main building.
Extremely small and stuffy room. Never stay in rooms started with 8. It's far away from the main building and very poor. It was impossible to sleep. No fresh air. The small window looks to the internal ladder and gives no sunlight. Also, the door of the building was closed, and they didn't provide the key. You have to walk to reception and ask to open it all the time.

Everything about the property is absolutely beautiful! I would like to highlight a few of the top moments of my stay:
1. I have never met more friendly and attentive team. They treated us with such kindness and made our stay that much more enjoyable.
2. The landscape and architecture of the property is unmatched and made us feel like we were living in paradise. The hotel has the most beautiful garden and pool space where we were able to relax and enjoy. We enjoyed soaking up the sun and reading our books.
3. The uniqueness of this hotel is an experience in itself. It feels like a paradise palace in the middle of the Moroccan dessert. I will definitely be coming back on either a girls trip or even romantic getaway.
4. It is easy enough to get to from Marrakech with buses and private taxis taking you through the Atlas Mountains. It is also about a 30 minute taxi from Ouarzazate Airport.
I could go on and on about my stay here but I’ll leave it here. Thank you Brahmin, Zaharia, Raheel, and Erik! We will definitely be back for another trip of a lifetime!

Loved location and ease of checking in
Buffet breakfast was out of eggs and pastry for a long time

The property is beautiful but that’s all it has to offer.
The people at the reception is very racist, and disrespectful. The property is beautiful but that’s all it has to offer. The food is terrible, we cannot eat it. One of the worst experience ever. The reception people lied about not having a room with garden view, so I have to booked again using booking.com to get a better room. They said “NO” firmly when I asked them for an upgrade. Very Bad experience. I will not recommend the place to anybody.

The location was a little strange, once we learned where it was in comparison to Ait Ben-haddou we were happy we were close enough to the site but far enough from the crowds. The meals were good. The attention to detail in the rooms, the grounds and design/architecture was noted and absolutely stunning. This property is definitely a destination! 10++++
The food was good, not great. There were many choices but unlike most of Morocco where most meals are made fresh, there were parts of the buffet meals that were not freshly prepared. Everything else was great which made up for this detail but maybe room for improvement for the food.

We stayed for the night on our way to our desert camp. It was such a delightful surprise. The expansive property is so beautiful, the staff incredibly kind and helpful. The spa and hammam was great. The hotel manager, Eric, delighted our daughter was an impressive card trick at dinner. I highly recommend!

the property was very clean, extremely well designed and decorated with taste
the rooms were a bit dim, and some rooms are sort of out of the hotel complex

This is an old Kasbah that has been renovated. the courtyard with the swimming pol were surprisingly big, spacious and very well manicured. Very nice place to relax. It has some terraces upstairs with amazing views of the mountains on which the sun sets with orange and pink colors. Gorgeous
We had a standard room which ended up having one small window only facing the inside of a small courtyard so there was hardly any daylight inside the room. I must mentioned the room inside was very well decorated, beds were comfortable and bathroom and powder room had everything we needed. Sadly, the hotel was fully booked that night so we couldn't change rooms. Despite this, I would go back to this hotel but would ask for a room with a bit more light.

we were unlucky with the room, the toilet was very dark and humid

A really great place.
Pool is great, the garden is amazing.
Dinner was 300 dr per person way too much.

Full value for money
The location is excellent. Amazing view. Excellent service. Dinner which is included in a good and varied meal

Beautiful garden like grounds, salt water swimming pool, and super comfortable beds.
The rooms are very dark, small tv, tiny bathroom. Food disappointing. Same bland self-serve breakfast daily; eggs, pastries, berber bread, coffee, orange juice, yogurt and a few other items. Dinner was 300 dirhams per person and was a set menu that we didn't care for so the only option was to have a tasteless sandwich on dry bland berber bread. The remote location doesn't allow for any nearby dining options.

Room was rather small/compact

A beautiful and peaceful oasis. Lovely hotel and facilities. Very nice staff. We had a wonderful time. So relaxing.
That we had to leave.

staff were brilliant
Very overpriced. Due to the religious holiday there wasn’t much available to us yet we still had to pay full price. I would recommend staying in Skoura instead and only stopping of at Ait Benhaddou when passing through.
outside guests (not from hotel 12-15 in total) came to use the pool, all the best spots around the pool were taken and was overcrowded.

staff and cosy interior design
limited choice of food and drinks and pricey for what it was. Hamam quite pricey considering no steam room available.

The view from the terrace outside of my room was stunning. The room was pleasant.
The food was mediocre at best.

Food is not that good…

Very good location, close to AitBenHaddou, beautiful garden and swimming pool, it looks like the nicest in the area. Staff are friendly
We booked the basic room and we got a very small room which was unlike the rest of the hotel and had a view on the construction sight (the hotel was nowhere near busy)
Room wasn’t particularly nice but no major lacks.
Main issue was the construction works that started at 6:30am just outside our window (hammering rocks). We complained at the reception and 20 minutes after started again.
