Spa staff unhelpful and steam room was out of order Room service don’t know how to answer a phone meaning I had to find staff for a room service order, making the term “room service” slightly defunct. Limited dinner menu

Excellent food in the restaurant and well stocked bar.

Room was very small. And had to go up lots of stairs to get to room. Have stayed in better rooms there.

Room was very clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and approachable. Free parking.

Spa facilities were disappointing, the hot tub was cold and the whole place needed some TLC, didn’t appreciate a plasterer coming into the spa area to work with no prior warning while trying to relax.The evening food was very poor quality for the price, it seemed as if it was microwaved. Breakfast was okay, shame to see the staff standing around the corner chatting so customers had to go looking for milk refills etc

The bed was very comfortable. I had an amazing massage in the spa. All the staff were very helpful and friendly. I had a much more comfortable and quiet room the second night that I stayed.

The first night that I stayed there was a loud generator sound outside my room so I couldn't have the window open and the room was very warm.

Always a great stay, great breakfast buffet, nice coffee and generally excellent value for money !

Nothing bad to say really

Great sauna, steam room and pool. Really delicious caesar salad from the bar food menu. Very easy check in and out, free parking and a really comfy bed and great shower.

Could be more of personal touch with check in.

location to Farnham is excellent. Good breakfast and restaurant. Room was comfortable.

Bath/shower height was low. I'm only 5'9" and was almost touching the ceiling. Close to main road so was noisy outside.

Turning off the b road is easily missed however the hotel itself totally made up for passing exits few times

Clean room of adequate size. Bed comfortable. Breakfast comprehensive and well cooked; nice to see fresh fruit available.

Tap washers in bathroom sink need attention. Nothing happened for a revolution or two and then a sudden rush of water!

Loved the Spa facilities. Our room was clean & spacious....

TV Remote control needed batteries so hard to use

There was a bit of creaking noise from foot movement above our room, also Spa / Bar location was abit hard to find.

Peaceful and quiet. Staff was great though I had limited time with them..It was a working holiday. I am a writer and needed to focus and I was able to do that. One mistake , I had a full body massage on the second day and was so relaxed that I didn't do much work the following day, so next time I will have a massage on the last day after hard labour.
