We spent our wedding night here and had rose petals on our bed which was a lovely touch. It’s great that check out isn’t till 11 and that breakfast is served up till 11.

The only improvement could have been an explanation about breakfast when we checked in. We didn’t realise you could order breakfast to the room until it was too late.

Das ganze Hotel war super: das Zimmer, der Pool alles war super und das Personal (bis auf das abendliche Personal im Restaurant) waren ALLE sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und lieb.

Das Personal am Abend im Restaurant war super gestresst, vllt ein wenig unterbesetzt und super unprofessionell. Eine junge Frau die offensichtlich für s kassieren zuständig war, war super unfreundlich ( hatte vllt einen schlechten Tag - darf aber ja nicht das Problem der Gäste sein) sie knallte jedenfalls die Schublade zu und ließ uns ewig auf Nachtisch-Bestellung und Rechnung warten und pöbelte uns an wir sollen doch unsere 2- jährige Tochter besser im Auge behalten da sie schon mehrfach fast die kleine umgerämpelt hätte - wohlbemerkt, dass unsere kleine bis zu dem Augenblick noch gar nicht im Restaurant war.

This was a relatively late booking when my flight time was moved forward and my usual hotel was booked up, and it proved a very good choice. The bedroom was huge, and so was the walk-in shower. The bed was so comfortable, I had a great sleep before my 4.00am start. The bar was a lively place to eat, drinks reasonably priced and my Caesar Salad was really excellent.

There's really nothing of any substance to comment on, although at 4.00am, I found exiting the car park was too much for my brain to cope with - a couple more signs would have helped, as I failed to see the see the "<--EXIT" sign written in very large letters on a wall...

The shower hose was leaking quite badly.I think this hotel would really benefit from a shuttle bus as I had to spend £47 on taxis to Gatwick airport.

The room was very cosy and the staff were pleasant. Good for a one-nighter and just 20 minutes walk from Three Bridges Station and 15 minutes by taxi to the airport. Food available at the restaurant.

The reception and restaurant area was too cold to sit without a jacket when we were there.

Damp smell in bathroom Bathroom needed an upgrade

I was a bit surprised I had to pay for parking. We brought our dog and in the room was a dog bed bowl and treats. Think that was a good touch. I did have a meal in the room which for the price wasn’t brilliant. Had to pay service charge. Ok but had to pay for for tray service. So all in all around £30 for a not overly fantastic steak salad. Rest of stay no complaints.Staff very friendly. Just one thing the plug in the bath was stuck down. Managed to free it myself. That sort of thing should’ve been noted on cleaning before our arrival.

The Shaving Mirror in the bathroom is brilliant.

The shaving mirror was attached to the wall. This means I have to go an purchase my own.

Always someone on reception ready to help. Spacious rooms. Proper furniture.

Fabulous large bedroom with a view over the playing fields situated at the back of the hotel therefore less traffic noise, comfortable bed, aircon, tea/coffee making, fridge, large TV, sofa, shower & bath.

The location is not great as the hotel is nearby a busy roundabout, car access and departure can be tricky, one has to pay for car paying and we were lucky to find the only vacant space.

Location was close to Gatwick airport and Crowley Town Centre was within walking distance. Staff were friendly and professional, food and drinks in the bar were great. Staff were happy to accommodate my request for a late checkout (midday) at no extra charge

Rooms were clean and comfy but decor was tired and dated.

Breakfast was nice however waiting staff overly attentive to dishes when clearly still eating and drinking No alternative sauces available

We chose to stay here as we have done so before and liked the fact it had everything we needed especially a pool. Very clean and nice reception and bar staff.

Food in restaurant is overpriced and very hit and miss. There were four of us 2 adults and 2 children, no kids menu given until we asked to see dessert menu. I asked why we wasn’t given them when we sat down, the young girl said I didn’t seat you I don’t know. My grandson had a burger specifically asking no tomatoes or pickle, a little while later a young girl came out to say they have put tomatoes in and we can’t take them out 🤷‍♀️ My grandson asked for chocolate ice cream instead of strawberry and got strawberry. I asked for the bill and said I won’t be leaving a tip, the girl said I’ve taken the service charge off I’m so sorry. Not good really for a hotel of this standard.

The pool was great for the kids. The restaurant was nice. 2 for 1 cocktails was great!

Food was a little expensive.

The main foyer is lovely and one’s immediate reaction is that this hotel is rather nice. The rooms are well sound-proofed.

The rooms are very ‘tired’. Beds hard. Pillows likebullets. Bath/shower very narrow with only a curtain. There were lots of bits of hair in the bath 🤢 and the bathroom was smelly - possibly drains or the curtain?

Location - easy to get to Gatwick

We stayed here as was initially booked for a return flight to Gatwick. The hotel itself was wonderful, interiors were great and the swimming pool was fantastic. The bedrooms interiors were good but worn, ie. The furniture had marks etc on it and the door/wallpaper to the room. The staff were amazing, very helpful and friendly and the breakfast was also lovely. Overall really enjoyed this hotel and would stay again.

The toilet paper is ridiculously thin and I would expect far better quality at this hotel.

Handy for the airport, lovely quiet room and comfy beds.
