This is our third visit to this wonderful hotel. The hotel standards are consistently high, every member of the staff are efficient, professional, friendly and courteous. The food is marvelous with a menu packed full of choice. The attention to detail is there in everything. Location to the city centre excellent.

Location was really good - easy access to city centre and LCR

There is significant noise in the rooms from adjoining rooms & corridor - I could hear the next doors entire conversation from the bathroom and they weren't talking loud! The water pipes are also extremely loud when taps in adjoining rooms used. The breakfast wasn't great - the continental was constantly left empty - the juice was filled once the entire time and all were having to be tipped up to get anything out.

Excellent interaction with the receptionist when checking in and asking to extend my booking. Air con was great, mattress was comfy.

Booked a late check out due to working until 4 am only to be woken up by banging and shouting from cleaners in the hall outside and rooms below.
