Could hear traffic and people outside and door to room rattled a bit when others were coming up the stairs to their room

The hotel was lovely 😊 clean friendly staff. The bed was so comfortable. The meal at night was perfect. And the breakfast was delicious. The staff were all very helpful.

There is nothing we didn't like about our stay.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Food was superb and piping hot! Very clean.

Staffing issues, one young girl on the whole day with no support, till evening shift. No tables set for breakfast, we did it ourselves! Our room was a bit dated!

Location was very good as it was central however no hotel car park so we had to use free public carpark about 300 yards behind hotel. Breakfast was excellent and room was clean and comfortable

We didnt have evening meals in hotel and restaurant didnt appear to be in use on Sunday after 6pm when Sunday carvery ended. Supposedly there was a curry night on Monday night however we were not offered this, however whether it happened or not wasnt clear as there were very few people in the hotel. There didnt appear to be anywhere to eat in Lockerbie - we ended up with fish suppers!

I have stayed before in June 2017. I picked this hotel/location as I was bringing my aunt n unc up for a few days. I had a single room n they had a triple room. My room was great - only thing it is old decor but they are doing it up in stages. My aunt n unc liked their room.

The only thing I didnt like was 4pm check in. We did get it slightly before.

Staff were super friendly and helpful. The food was lovely too. We had an evening meal as well as breakfast and couldn’t complain at all.

The rooms were really small and it was the worst shower I’ve ever had. To be fair, the Hotel is only a two star establishment and is undergoing room refurbishments. We really hope things improve with the new rooms as this hotel has great potential.

Booking said I'll pay 9£ for the breakfast but the owner asked me 15£. I did'nt want to pay a different price

I didn't have breakfast. The location was good for me. The room was adequate, however in need of redecorating and updating. Staff were welcoming and took me to my room on arrival.

Very noisy up until around 9pm. Decor was very dated and building in need of some TLC and upgrading.

The whole of the downstairs had been refurbished and they informed us that the bedrooms are next .

The location was great. Plenty of other shops to walk to. Not too far from the memorial gardens
