Some of the drinks facilities were not available however staff were able to accommodate requests

Really helpful staff nothing was too much trouble. Great food cooked until 9.15pm and a lovely breakfast in the morning. Plenty of space around the building to walk our dog and easy access to get outside. We loved that we weren’t hassled by the housekeeper to vacate our room before check out time. Location was ideal for our ongoing journey and we enjoyed our stay so much we have booked in for another night for our home bound journey
Minor detail really but it would have been nice to have decaf teabags available in the room

De vluchtelingen zouden hier al weg zijn, dit was niet het geval. Vieze en stinkende bende in het hotel en op de kamers. 1 nacht gebleven en gelukkig overgeplaatst na een akkefietje met een dronken malloot waar de politie bij moest komen.

Rural location and personal service. Very friendly, lovely food and nice to have a restaurant and bar to enjoy the evening.

Room booked for a wedding. Unfortunately 12hr before leaving for hotel I became unwell. I emailed hotel to cancel aware of 48hr cancellation policy, they replied promptly stating no charges applied. Excellent customer service. Will def book again if ever that way

Room was adequate and not bad for star rating. Rooms could be cleaner - especially bathroom. Beds ok for comfort. Could do with a small fridge in the rooms.
Found hair in shower. Bathroom sink a bad design - water floods everywhere. Toilet needs descaling - looks dirty because of the scale. Restaurant area much too small.

The staff were so helpful and went the extra mile. I didn’t get the names, but on reception around 5pm On the Evening of July 15th. Super friendly and super helpful thank you.

Friendly, helpful and efficient staff. Very quiet , good size room with combined bath/ shower with easily understandable controls. Temperature throughout the hotel was pleasant. Bedroom was not stuffily hot. The hotel was brilliantly located just off M1 with quick , easy access to M1 South for onward journey to South Coast.
Pools of water collected very easily on wash basin surround.

Although we thought the price was excessive the room was fine and breakfast exceeded our expectations. Nice small bar area.

The hotel was clean, with an easy to follow one way system. There was clear Covid signs all over the hotel. We felt very safe. The staff were all lovely - very friendly and professional
The food was very basic, which would have been fine had it not been so expensive.

Taxi charged £30 for a three minute journey - wee in toilet on arrival
