Bed was comfortable room was dark. Good shower. Nice tv.

Food was awfull had a chicken in a bun was fatty and awfull should of gone mcdonalds next door. Mrs had cottage pie veg was boiled to death and no meat in pie or gravy. Shame cuz we used you a few times now and will come back but not sure if we will eat. Breakfast is ok

The breakfast is really great and the beds are comfortable. Also the room itself is quite large and the bathroom is new.

There is a lot of construction in the area and the rooms are not noise isolated very well. We could not really sleep well as it was super loud. You can also hear the other guests quite well. In addition to that the surrounding area is not that great and it does take a decent while to get into central London.

Lovely room with classy lighting, quality refreshments supplied. A nice bathroom with raincoat shower and gel/shampoo. Breakfast was perfectly cooked and good quality; same with my evening meal.

Convenient parking, great breakfast, comfy bed...

Could have benefited from some Hot Chocolate sachets....and why do people have to honk their horns to get out the car park - there needs to be a sign which let's people know they will be fined for doing so and to contact reception/porter quietly if they have been locked in!!

Check in with Marvina was fantastic she’s great front of house, lovely clean rooms and very generous, the breakfast and all staff were 10/10 for me, looking forward to my next stay

Das Zimmer war sehr gut und geräumig. Getränke im Zimmer waren umsonst. Einfache Abwicklung beim Check-in, trotz spontaner/später Anreise. Man war in wenigen Minuten an der Bahnhaltestelle. Ausreichend Parkplätze waren auch vorhanden. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und es wurde auf eine gute Qualität bei den Produkten geachtet.

Das Personal war größtenteils nicht sehr motiviert und hat bis auf Ausnahmen einen genervten/müden Eindruck gemacht. Beim Frühstück war das Personal, trotz vollem Lokal, sehr bemüht alle schnell zu bedienen. Allerdings hat eine Bedienung (eventuell die Chefin?) sehr viel Hektik verbreitet. Ich habe mich als Gast sehr gestresst gefühlt

Wir sind bereits zum zweiten Mal in diesem Hotel gewesen. Tolle Zimmer mit Minibar im Preis, das beste Frühstück und ein Parkplatz vor der Tür. Auch die Tube ist in der Nähe. Alles in allem für uns ein perfektes Hotel in London. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Wir haben uns willkommen gefühlt und fanden alles sauber und ordentlich vor. Die Bar ist sehr schön zum draußen sitzen und man kann sicher sein Auto abstellen. Das Frühstück war sehr gut!

Bed was comfortable and the pub had lovely food and staff. Breakfast was very enjoyable and lovely staff! Just to Note this was the pub side of the fox & goose hotel I found to have all the service and pleasant staff I don’t know what’s happening with the hotel side!! But it’s letting the establishment down in my opinion!

The reception staff on check in and check out I found to be really rude! No customer service at all. The rooms in general are quite out dated and the bathroom needs some tlc

Everything! The hotel staff were very welcoming and especially lovely with our dog. The room was spacious and had everything we needed - the welcome beer, water, chocolates and beverages were fabulous. The bed was SO comfortable and the food was amazing. We'll definitely visit again! An added bonus was that we were able to recharge our car overnight!

Nothing to dislike!

Uzasne ubytovani. Nadstandartne vybavene za super cenu. Krasne typicke anglicke prostredi. Uzasna atmosfera v restauraci s vanocni vyzdobou. Dokonale snidane. Neni co vytknout. Perfektni!

Vse bylo perfektni. Jen trochu dal od centra.

As instalações são ótimas. A limpeza foi um ponto fora da curva, realmente tudo muito limpo. Tudo funcionando perfeitamente. Café da manhã impecável e os funcionários atenciosos demais.

O hotel fica próximo de estações de metrô e ônibus, o que facilita o deslocamento, masssss tem que ter uma pouco de paciência, pois fica uns 55 minutos dos pontos mais legais da cidade. Parece pouco, mas em se tratando do metrô de Londres, não. Pois o metrô de Londres é péssimo.

Mic dejun foarte bun,curatenie zilnica,liniste,pub cu gradina interioara frumos,personal extrem de amabil (mai ales cele doua romance de la receptie),metrou destul de aproape.

Distanta fata de obiectivele turistice destul de mare 45-50 minute cu metroul,dar un travel oyster rezolva problema.

Tiene todo lo esencial , la temperatura estupenda, la ropa de cama y baño así como colchón perfecto El personal súper amable y dispuesto a ayudarte Gracias a Hugo , español que agradecimos enormemente su ayuda para entendernos Nuestro inglés estaba un poco oxidado . El baño perfecto con súper ducha El desayuno incluido merece la pena mucha variedad , cantidad y buena calidad Puedes saltarte una comida

La única pega que le pondría es la ubicación Hay que desplazarse en metro y está en Zona 3 Hay que comprar la tarjeta de transporte ( comprar en aeropuerto o en el Metro) porque sino sale caro comparando con los precios en Madrid . La estación Hagen Líne ( la del Hotel) es la Central color rojo y conecta con el resto de líneas del Metro Nosotros nos hemos desplazado así los 5 días Queda a unos 12 minutos andando desde Hotel , y estamos jubilados , se puede hacer , se tarda una media de 20/30 min en el metro para llegar al Centro de Londres y sus monumentos y barrios

Hangulatos, nagyon szép épület és terület, kedves, segítőkész személyzet, nagyszerű elhelyezkedés. A reggeli bőséges és széles volt a választék. Mind a metrót, mind a buszmegállót könnyen meglehetett közelíteni, gyalog 10-15 perces távolságra voltak a szállástól, függően a tempónktól. Ár-érték arányban az egyik legjobb, a minibár benne volt az árban, elhelyezkedése tökéletes.

Comfortable clean modern rooms of a good size, good breakfast, free water/beer in the mini bar refilled every day.

Location not in the centre (subway walk 5-7 min and then ~30 min subway ride to the centre) and near the big road. Was noisy during the night to sleep with an open window. The neighborhood itself was not nice to take a walk.

The receptionist upon arrival was very friendly and helpful. She even offered to have some sandwiches made to-go for us as we were leaving very early before breakfast was served. There was off-street parking, including charging points for electric vehicles. We weren't in the room very much but it was well appointed and had usb charging points beside the beds which was helpful as we'd forgotten our adapters.

the location of the room I asked for a late check for a reason only to be put in a room which was next door to a very noisy brewery - sound like a fog horn going off every so often !

Close to tube station. Good bathroom.

Hot Bfast all pre cooked. Nothing to order. Staff at reception seemed indifferent....staff at bfast seemed always in a rush and slightly panicky

Staff exceptionally friendly and helpful. Our room and especially the bathroom was very clean, spacious and the bed was comfy. Breakfast was really good, next to cereal and muesli, yoghurt, fruit, croissants you could order eggs any type, full English breakfast etc. They even had gluten-free bread and burger buns and a lot of plant-based options. We would recommend staying there and might be back in the future if we visit London again.

The Wi-Fi signal was really weak and got lost all the time which is rather annoying when you don’t have a flat rate any longer (due to Brexit and roaming regulations).
