Info over parkeren zou vanaf de booking goed gecommuniceerd kunnen worden. Had nu ver weg geparkeerd terwijl er priveplaatsen waren 100 meter verderop

Die Lage ist wirklich perfekt. Nah zum „Zentrum“ aber trotzdem ruhig. Das Frühstück war spärlich, aber viel schlimmer war die Unmenge an Verpackungsmüll, die durch die Art, wie das Frühstück angeboten wurde, anfällt. Nachhaltigkeit sieht anders aus. Das Zimmer, die Suite Nr. 5 war wohl relativ frisch renoviert aber leider wenig gepflegt. Der Abfluss des Waschbeckens war undicht. Ich habe den Abfalleimer darunter gestellt, damit nicht das ganze Bad unter Wasser stand. Die Terrasse war sehr groß und schön gelegen, aber leider auch extrem ungepflegt.

Vor der Anreise hatte ich darum gebeten, uns die Lage des Parkplatzes mitzuteilen, was leider nicht geschehen ist. Vor der Unterkunft kann man nicht mit dem Auto stehenbleiben. Der „digitale Zimmerschlüssel“ funktionierte nicht. Wir riefen dann bei der Rezeption an und uns wurde dann wirklich sehr nett weitergeholfen. Beide Mitarbeitenden haben sich sehr bemüht, uns weiterzuhelfen und schließlich hatten wir dann unseren Parkplatz und konnten das Zimmer beziehen. Mit etwas mehr Kommunikation im Vorfeld hätte man den Ärger bei der Anreise vermeiden können. „Voll digital“ hört sich zwar sehr gut an, aber manchmal hilft menschliche Kommunikation doch schneller weiter.

No Parking. Had to clean the dishes ourselves. Kettle full of lime deposits. Shower could be cleaner.

The bed was wonderful and spacious. We slept well. It was nice to have breakfast delivered to the door.

the shower in the room did not funciton properly. ( kamer 5) the doors didn't shut and the floor ended up flooding in a puddle after every shower

I really enjoyed the care the staff gave me. Everything was perfect and even if I had troubles reaching the city, they helped me out with very kind and precise informations

I wouldn't change anything, it was perfect. Perfect. perfect.

We really enjoyed the staff and their willingness to make us at home and help us out. (For example, my wallet was accidently left in a side bag on a rented bike we had used on the Saturday. Before me even knowing it was gone, the bike shop had contacted the hotel and the kind young woman at the front desk alerted us to the fact that it had been found and would be delivered to our room within the 1/2 hr.. which is was.. Can't thank you enough for this act of kindness and care!) The food was DELICIOUS! We stayed for 2 meals and 2 breakfasts.. and the attention to detail (as my daughter required Gluten free food) was second to none! Thanks!

My only criticisms would be the lighting in the room - bedside lighting to be specific and there was no coffee or tea to make in the kettle or coffee maker provided in the room. Otherwise, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and Domburg as a whole!
