1. Location. Very comfortable, close to the beach (50 m), old town, food market, fish market (500 - 600 m), on the same street, 50 m from the villa, there is an excellent bakery, with a large selection, open from 6:30 am. Grocery store Studenac - 150 m, you will find everything you need, open 6:00-21:00 2. The staff is attentive and helpful, responds quickly to requests, is always available. The staff is very kind and understanding, on the day of departure they allowed us to stay in the apartment until the evening because our flight was on late evening. We are very grateful to them for that. Upon request, from the villa staff we received a phone number for transfer to and from the airport. The service was of high quality and the price was also very good, driver Gordana is nice person. 3. Accommodation. We lived in an apartment with a sea view. Very clean, tidy, fresh smelling, cozy. The views from the balcony and all the windows are amazing. The balcony is large, there is a table with comfortable chairs, a dryer, and a even the candles for cozy sitting in the evenings. The bed is big, the pillows are comfortable, the bedding is good. We had a kitchen, which is well equipped, there are enough dishes and tools, there are really all the conditions to cook food. The kitchen had washing-up liquid, new sponges, kitchen towels. We found salt, pepper, sugar, tea. The refrigerator has a small but sufficient cooling chamber. The villa also has a large shared kitchen that can be used by all residents of the villa. There is a small library in the reception. There are deckchairs and beach mattresses that can be used. Aircondicion worked very well. We always had hot water, always, in 7 days, no problem, I don't really understand why there are so many complaints in the reviews. Wifi in the living room also works normally.

It is close to the old town and the beach.

There are not enough parkplaces, We wanted to leave in the morning and another guest was blocking our way. The reception was not available. I do not recommend this apartment if you are arriving by car.

The location was good and staff was nice. There was a beach nearby and the old town was in walking distance.

The property was worn out and not very clean. The air conditioning was barely working, the bathroom was very crampy and the fan didnt work. The faucet in the kitchen sink was a shower faucet. The 3rd person sleeping option in the apartment for 3 was a mattress on the floor. The beds were uncomfortable.

The position on the island, air conditioning, good beds, balcony.

The room was not in perfect conditions, especially the lock of the door which needs maintenance and the shower which changed autonomously hot and cold water…

Fantastic view, big terrace, wifi, refigerator. Airport runway 2 km only (line of sight to it), so excellent spotter place. Airplane is only ~150-200m above the house :) Beach is only few meters. Like in the photos.

1, only few parking place (mean not enought), so parking is kind of not easy challange. 2, hot water: in case of 50% no hotweater (there is a paper in the bathroom: try again 15 min. later if no hot water... 3, renovation / construction in next room, big noise, drilling, etc... I expected calm relaxing place (especially in siesta time), In the night shouting (workers sleep there ?). Walls like tent wall... 3. was the most problematic for us. Destroy the vacation. :(

One of the beds had broken lamellas under the bed. The mattress literally fell though the bed plates. It was not a new damage as it had been mended with duct tape before. The water heater worked only occasionally....

The accomodation is located close to small nice beach and city centre. Beach is clean with good acces to water. Staff was very kind and helpfull. There were no porblem with check in and check out. Our apartment was nice, clean and good equiped. There were nice balcony with beutiful wiew of the see and city. I highly recommend the accommodation.

Super close to the beach, just 1 minute walk, very close to Trogir old town, 4 minute walk and small bakery and supermarket close by. There’s a communal kitchen where you can make tea/coffee etc for free, and a nice communal space. Very quiet and nice rooms with balcony.
