Alla reception una ragazza gentilissima, bellissima la camera direttamente sul mare.
Parcheggio riservato gratuito, colazione eccezionale, con possibilità di launch pack a prezzo super. Bravi.

Die Lage mit Ausblick auf den Hafen war sehr gut.

Finalmente un hotel che si merita le sue 4 stelle. Bellissimo e dotato di ogni confort. La posizione è splendida anche se non centrale rispetto al paese, ma è collegato al centro con un traghetto gratuito che attraversa il fiordo oppure basta camminare una ventina di minuti. Camera bellissima dotata di bollitore e frigobar. Colazione SUPER. Parcheggio privato ampio e gratuito. Non abbiamo cenato al ristorante perché la cena a buffet era troppo costosa.
Il televisore offre solo canali norvegesi. Niente Netflix o Youtube. Peccato

It is nicely located and the room was functional.
The attitude at dinner was bad. We asked to return a dish that we were not happy with, and they said they would charge us anyway. We then asked to cancel the desert, and again they said they would charge us anyway. We felt very uncomfortable.

Modern hotel. Spacious comfortable room over looking the quay. Staff very friendly. Great breakfast, plenty of selection, hot items being cooked freshly. Good car parking.

The room was amazing, the created lounge in the room is very relaxing after a day of hard work. The breakfast was also extremely good

Fish dish was below standard and not value for money.

Heating could not be switched off in July. Coffee at breakfast was disgusting. Elevator not working. Restaurant not open.

Watching the sun set from the seafront deck with a hot mug of coffee compliments of Thon Hotel.
Perhaps slightly isolated.
But mitigated by the fact that the island-to-island passenger ferry stop is not far away.

It would have been a perfect location If the hotel was on the other side of the river(downtown side)

Breakfast and Location, Upgraded our room after we complained of the lift noise in our allocated room.
Restaurant was closed we only found this out on arrival, Staff recommend restaurant a few minutes walk away , this was closed also as it was Party time in the town , We purchased food from a super market and eat in our room, , Not the end of the world but disappointing .

It is too bad that no food is available at the week ends, except for breakfast, which in itself was very good.
