Great location right on the beach. Close to a variety of places to eat and drink within easy walking distance. Staff were friendly and attentive. Only wish we had stayed here longer. Lovely view out over the beach from the breakfast area. Beautiful gardens and pool area kept very clean and tidy.

Everything was great

Light from the aircon was really bright so had it off for sleeping

the room was spacious, bathroom and bath was huge and there was an ocean view from the room. Plenty of towels and toiletries provided. We stayed in a pool villa and the pool is sheltered from the ocean, but you can sit on the deck chairs and see it, which was nice. The location is beachfront.

Advertised 2 pools, there was only 1. The only bar is the pool bar, which was very underwhelming, not really set up like a bar, just a counter top with a white board menu of a small number of things. The buffet breakfast was really basic, I ended up just eating toast and one of the days, the pot of tea was so bad I couldn't drink it. I'm not sure if they'd reused the tea, or used a coffee pot, but it was not drinkable. The place didn't really have a vibe to it. Apart from people swiming, there was no activity or things happening. Their website and booking.com website advertised a free shuttle, there wasn't one. Staff were ok, but defintely didn't go above and beyond. We stayed in one of the pool villas which was right next to the Mari beach club, so the music was pumping all night. The curatins weren't block out. Despite all efforts to keep windows and doors shut, and the mosquito net around the bed at night, we both woke up each morning with dots of blood on the sheets from mozie bites. It's a 2-3 km distance to the main parts of Seminyak etc, and single narrow road with lots of traffic, so a decent 30 min taxi ride. You can walk via the beach and sneak up to the main strip through one of the hotels, which is quicker given traffic by road, but not ideal in the mid day heat. Not the relaxing beachfront stay sipping cocktails by the pool we were hoping for.

Lovely, quiet hotel. Very friendly staff. Garden suite rooms are lovely and big. Great massages, very reasonably priced. Can easily walk along beach to get to busier areas of Seminyak

No sauna. Lovely four poster bed, but it's a bit creaky

Good buffet breakfast and they did cater for Vegetarians. So more of a wish and bit of greed that if they had vegan desserts too for breakfast as there were heaps of non vegans!

Beautiful Garden, very welcoming and nice staff, room very comfortable and big. Rich and delicious breakfast. Although we arrived very late due to long queues at the airport Balisani Suite made us feel welcome.

Quite pricy

The staff were the best part, extremely accommodating and genuinely so helpful. The pool is great and there's direct access to the beach.

The breakfast wasn't what I expected although there were plenty of options but for the same price it is worth looking elsewhere in Seminyak.

Large rooms and bathrooms. Great staff around the pool, bar and restaurants, always attentive. Relaxed and quiet atmosphere. Spa massages, well frequented.

Repeated smell of hydrogen sulfide from the bathroom drains, reaction of maintenance was to spray perfume and pour some water. Front desk was advised on toxicity of H2S gas but seemed passive. Toilet flushing was poor in all rooms and always needed extra water. Advertised facilities such as free shuttle, children's playground were non-existent. Wifi in the suite we were moved to (after the first suite card reader failed) was very patchy with temporary improvement after some IT intervention. 11% tax and 10% service charge on all food/drinks and services, too little alcohol in cocktails for those prices...lol

Constant noise from beach bar next door was terrible. The beach in front had never been cleaned of rubbish. All the umbrellas around pool for shade where broken. Seating area facing beach had rusty old seats.

The staff were friendly.

Hotel badly needs to be maintained and repaired. The hotel smells bad. Staff couldn't speak English enough to understand. We were charged for food were didnt order and in the end just paid because the staff weren't understanding. Left the hotel early and went to stay at another place. This hotel is a 1 star rather than the 4 star as advertised by booking.com. Please do research into the hotels before rating them. My family and i all got sick within the 1st day we were there. And we only ate at the hotel. Very disappointing stay and it wasnt cheap.
