Good location, just 10 minutes walk from the St. Gallen Station. Also close to the Cathedral and Abbey Library. Check-in machine was easy to use and you will get a detailed instruction of how to use it beforehand. The lady at the reception and breakfast room was so friendly and kind that she gets out of her way to ask if the guests are okay. She also helped us to bring down our suitcases when we left. The room was clean and modern. Wide selection of food including fruits and vegetables available for breakfast. Water kettle and tea ready in the room. Overall had a comfortable stay.

Would be great if there were a dryer and more light in the room. The elevator operates only from the first floor so it should be troublesome if you arrive out of check-in time and have to bring up heavy luggage from the ground floor on your own. I guess the lady at the reception will nonetheless help you when she's available.

I like the breakfast, site, price and service of the hotel. The manager is very hospitable and warm-hearted. The breast is perfect with bread, tea, coffee and various fruits. Anyway, the cost performance is great.

Easy check-in through automatic key distributor. Close to the main pedestrians avenue (with most of the restaurants) but just outside of the really noisy sections. Tremendous breakfast and the attendant even made us milchkaffees with the hot milk and everything. Close to the train station

Still a bit noisy since it's in a narrow alley and there are bars just below. Small rooms (but as advertised)

Staff is super friendly, location is really great, breakfast is nice, and price is adequate. The hotel has a cozy feeling. I would come back! Thank you!

The location is perfect for travelers. Room was perfectly clean. The breakfast was very perfect with great service.

It is a night-life street. I was there during weekend so hardly sleep all night long.
