Părerea mea este că oricât de bună pare o situație tot timpul se poate îmbunătăți ceva.
Detalii ca mobilă defectă clar pot fi îmbunătățite.

Nu am avut inclus mic dejun, locația este amplasata la drum ceea ce face sa auzi toată noaptea aglomerația.
Nu mi-a plăcut ca am găsit smocuri de par în baie , se simțea un miros insuportabil, baie mica , curățenia lasă de dorit , am găsit un frigider ruginit nefunctionabil , dunga de la marginea patului exfoliat palul în care se puteau răni copiii, salteaua deloc comoda.

Hotel decent pt cat costa, camera mare și aerisita. Mobilier nou, baie nou renovata, patul confortabil.
Hotelul este destul de vechi dar renovat, chiar daca zice că e de 4 stele arata mai degrabă de 3 stele.

היינו 2 לילות, אין סידור חדרים, אין נקיון חדרים, מחלפים רק מגבת 1 ואת השאר מקפלים כאילו שהחליפו.
ארוחת הבוקר דלה ביותר, קפה ממיכל מים חמים, לאחר בקשה לקבל קפוצ'ינו , קיבלנו אבל דרשו תשלום.

Room was nice and big, with a nice view. A bit on the old side but clean and tidy. Nice balcony.
Very noisy, lousy services and staff, horrible restaurant service(open buffet, refils come very late).
The cleaning lady should run the hotel, she was very nice and helpfull. Reception staff should look for another job(they couldn't provide an ashtray or a corkscrew, the cleaning lady could).
We left a day early despite paying for 3 nights because of the noise. Hotel was full with highschool children on sky vacation so we slept 7 hours per night (12:00, 01:00 till 08:00 in the morning). When confronting the reception staff they answered that they don't care or that we should wait for them to finish their activities in order for us to enjoy some quiet time.

Towels are old and very wear.
Breakfast on description is Swedish Bar but there need to choose between 3 types. Some product are missing from this too (for ex. olives).
Temperature on restaurant and lobby was quite low.

Nice staff, affordable, decent quality service and facilities, close to the Rail Station and Predeal restaurants.
- Located right on the principal way to/from Bucharest-Braşov gets a bit noisy at times, on front positioned rooms.
- Small parking lot.

that it had parking and rooms were spacious
that heating wasn’t working and 1 blanket wasn’t enough…so it was quite chilly; the fridge was dusty and wasn’t plugged in as the plug was not even near by…

The attitude of the staff... in the morning, a boy from the front desk was swearing badly in the lobby (I understand that he addresses to the management, colleagues, etc)... There was embarrassing moments...
The breakfast wasn't included expresso coffee.... just plain filtered american coffee, which is very weak...
The mattress was too soft and the pillows to hard... my neck was stiffed in the morning...
