Good central location - hotel has an interesting history with some grandeur. Very good breakfast. Excellent parking arrangements in the centre.

Spa facilities did not fully work - only one out of four of the water therapy units worked but this seemed to be just accepted. Rooms were a little cramped.

Location couldn’t be better. Just in the heart of Sibiu. Love it.

Hotel needs to be refurbished. It’s old and outdated. Needs proper ACs installed.

Best breakfast, best location next to the big square

Location, location, location - hotel is right in the middle of pedestrian walk, between the main squares of the city, with a public parking dedicated to the hotel, 3 minutes walk far. Really nice staff - helped us in adjacent 2 room AND an extra folded bed, added to one of them.

Nothing much, all was nice and well. Laundry in hotel is a bit expensive. After a long trip we did ours in Habermann Markt outside the old city walls, in a public laundry there.

location is amazing there is free parking near the hotel which is SUPER helpful the staff was smiley and great great value for money

the hotel can do more in terms of maintenance. we had a large crack on the wall just at the entrance, and the toilet seat was a bit broken, so when you sit on it your body bend a bit left

pillows — too soft and no other option in the room; granted, i didn’t ask the reception, maybe they could have helped bathroom — although very clean, it needs some renovation. the pipes were very noisy as well. i could hear the water flowing from the bed with the tv on

It’s the second time at Roman Emperor and it was the same impression … I felt the same as in Venice .. during the carnival:) ! Perfect touch of art , glorious past and continuity ❤️❤️❤️🎭!
