Location for Palladium function. Size and layout of the room. Room facilities very good. Check in and out done by polite and welcoming staff. The view from the 23rd floor enhanced to short stay.

Amazing location. The view from my room was outstanding. Close to restaurants, fine dining and pubs.

I requested for an interconnected rooms a month ago and didn’t receive a response from Crown. Upon calling them they blamed 3rd party Booking.com as the reason for not responding. However it was arranged only when I visited the hotel in person giving me nervous nights as I wanted the interconnected rooms for elderly family to play with the kids.

No daily housekeeping was disappointing

The pool temperature was too cold for a heated pool, which was especially uncomfortable during the winter months. The room's cleanliness was not up to standard, with visible fingerprints, splash, and smudge marks on various surfaces including the screen doors, fridge, taps, and kettle. Additionally, a mug had traces of lipstick, and the toilet and shower glass doors appeared unclean. The bed was not secured to the wall bracket, causing it to roll forward and creating a gap where pillows fell through during the night, leading to a lack of sleep. These issues combined to significantly impact the quality of your stay. I have photos I can send separately but not via this platform (using my work PC). Note i do expect a form of compensation.

Room to far from the lift as I had knee hip problems

Gd location to MECC and Southern Cross DFO/station. . Spacious room.

The room was great, staff were accommodating. Only issue was the lift wasn't stopping at our level during check out times for some reason but staff reported it to maintainance.
