Accoglienza e struttura non all’altezza di un 4 stelle, immobile vecchio che richiede di una manutenzione maggiore, la moquette della scala di accesso al primo piano è vecchia consumata e macchiata, veramente indecente….

Het zwembad is 33 graden, en stinkt naar zwavel wat je door het hele hotel ruikt. Niet erg fris en verkoelend.

Great location. Nice outside breakfast terrace.

Never received the QR code per mail needed for the parking going in (even after 2nd follow up request to send us one). Night receptionist told me I did not need the code to drive out of the parking but it turned out I did need it. This created a lot of unnecessary hassle and irritation.

Ausstattung etwas in die Jahre gekommen Kein direkter Seezugang Nur ein sehr warmer Thermal-Pool im Außenbereich. Für eine erfrischende Abkühlung im Sommer nicht wirklich geeignet. Teilweise strenger Schwefelgeruch im Treppenhaus durch die Thermalquelle

The worst hotel experience in 10 years of traveling. The hotel has two buildings, and one of them smells terrible from the entrance to the elevator and the rooms. The reception, of course, is in the other building. So after check-in, you end up in the stinky building, and they offer to change your room only for a hefty extra charge. Terrible and the most unfriendly staff who couldn't care less about your problems.

The stench is so bad that you start to get a headache and feel nauseous after 3 minutes. It's impossible to stay in these conditions. They refused to cancel our reservation even though my husband suffers from migraines and we can't stay in such conditions. The administrator spoke rudely and behaved arrogantly. I do not recommend this terrible hotel to anyone! Run away from them and don't pay a cent.

Loved this hotel, great room with view over harbour. Best breakfast overlooking the harbour too. Everyone super friendly with a great vibe. Pool a real bonus, next to the harbour with lots of boat action to view. Will be back!

Perfect location with stunning views of the lake. Lovely outside setting for drinks, restaurant and breakfast. Staff in bar and restaurant were friendly and polite. Single bedroom was modern and clean. Sunlounger, patio set and umberella provided on the balcony.

Apesar de ser um hotel antigo, a estrutura parecia toda nova, quarto super lindo, excelente vista para o lago, cama maravilhosa, banheiro amplo, ficaria por muitos dias hospedados tranquilamente.

O hotel fica dentro de Sirmione, então chegar no final de semana exige um pouco de paciência em função do transito.
