The apartment resort is located in a quiet part of Riva Del Garda. The views from our apartment were just great. The kitchen in the apartment is well equipped. There is a restaurant just opposite, while a shopping centre as well as the crowded city centre are within the walking distance. The price includes an underground parking with a lift which is very convenient. The swimming pool is very attractive for children. The owners are extremely helpful and nice.

Apartment was not that cozily furnished, nothing extra there. No services (such as possibility to buy breakfast) close-by.

Overall a really nice place to stay. The pool is excellent and the hosts Dario and Annalisa are super helpful.

AnnaLisa and Dario were always quick to react and were perfect hosts willing to help. The equipment of the apartment is very convenient, super clean. We especially enjoyed the pool and surrounding area that was reachable on foot but still quiet. The parking underground was great as well as all the equipment for bikes.

The beds were a bit uncomfortable, especially the spring mattresses in the kitchen. The system of unfolding sofa is very clever but on the other hand not really suitable for long term sleeping. Also, pillows were also a bit hard for us.

Good size accommodation,a short walk to the main area’s but not to far nice to had a swimming pool our hosts were excellent and was on hand to help at any time which was fantastic Dario gave us lots of helpful tips on the area

There was a few things missing from the apartment like the curtains and the controls for the air conditioning and other little bits that I assume was because of COVID-19

Fantastic apartments, exceptionally clean, perfect for family with 2 kids (10 and 12). Sunbeds, pool and pool area also lovely. Really made by exceptional service from Dario and Annalisa who could not have been more helpful. We hired city bikes from the apartments and this was perfect for travelling into riva del Garda old town and beaches which are walkable, but more fun and easier on bikes. Cycling exceptional with pedestrian/bike only paths through beautiful lake shores and countrysides in easy reach.

We will come back next year!
