The host is great, property is in the middle of a jungle and they have a great restaurant, typical Italian hospitality.

Property is in the middle of a jungle, which means it’s far from Cinque Terre, at least 30 mins drive to Levanto. The AC stays at 27 degs, although if you arrive in any season but the top of summer, the weather in mornings and nights is super nice.

This hotel is very nice. It’s a bit outside Levanto (10min by car) but actually that is the nice thing about it. It’s situated in a cool area so we never turned on our air conditioner (they have one thought). We really loved to use this place as a base after our hikes in 5 terrre. It’s a nice place to relax after long hikes under the sun and visits to very busy villages. The staff is really nice and friendly, it’s a family owned place and is kept very clean and with taste. The restaurent is very good also, they have nice wine and a very tasty menu. Room is nice and renovated, well decorated and the bathroom is all new, bed was confortable. All in all I would go back to this place without hesitation.

Greenery around house is excellent, it's quite clean. Very peacefull place in the evening. Breakfast was ok.

No mosquito nets on the doors and windows. AC is automatically switched off at night which doesn't make sense. We got very hot in the room and we couldn't leave the window open cause there is no mosquito nets and you are in a forest, near a small river, with hundreds of vasps, mosquitos and many other insects.

Lovely location, be prepared to drive (although I did see a couple of taxis). Very nice rooms, balcony and bathroom, great shower. Restaurant pleasant, would recommend trying at least once (although if travelling with teenagers that prefer pizza probably not ideal, maybe ask to see the menu first). Reasonably priced, good local wines.

Air con was very poor but probably because we were in an upper room with very high ceiling, would recommend ground floor room if this bothers you. Check-in not manned but staff in restaurant so just pop in there, not an issue really but is a bit of a faff.

Spacious room, moderate breakfast, nice restaurant nearby but their portions are too little.

The hotel is in a beautiful location and only 10 minutes drive from Levanto where you can get a train to Cinque Terre. The rooms are very large and most have terraces.

we wish we had stayed on a night when the on-site restaurant (Michelin star) was open for dinner

Few food for a high price. In the second plate no option for additional potatoes or vegetables. Only the half of a little fish. No tradional pint of beer.

The rooms were clean but very spartan

Beautiful place! Lovely people, room, restaurant (Michelin listed) etc. Perfect place to get relaxed, for both, only yourself or with someone you love incl. family.

Nothing except that the lovely restaurant is closed on Monday.

Wonderful stay! Hotel is about 10min away from Levanto train station and located very quiet and peaceful surroundings. If you are plan to travel by car, I highly reccomend this hotel to look around Cinque Terre. And the restaurant in the hotel is amazing! you must have a dinner there.

Room is a bit smaller for 2 adults and 2 kids, but, it doesn't matter at all. overall, Hotel is super nice. I highly recommend this hotel for family and couple.

Air conditioning is not great

The room was very big and very clean. The hosts were very flexible and welcoming and helped us readily when we asked questions. The breakfast was great also! Very easy to find and great base for visiting the Cinque Terres The restaurant is a huge difference maker, though i do not fully rate it here, only the room for the purpose of booking

The bed was too firm for me and because of the season, the room was humid a bit. It would have been great to have the ability to turn on the heat just a bit to avoid this.

Levante is about 10 minutes by car. But it can also be a plus who likes a quieter place.
